Wellness Hotel Windsor

Schönes Hotel mit Wellnessbereich in einem separaten Gebäude. Sehr freundliches Personal. Unser Familienzimmer war leider zur Vorderseite ausgerichtet. Schöner Ausblick, aber aufgrund der Bar gegenüber leider etwas laut bis spät in die Nacht. Das soll den Eindruck aber nicht trüben, uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Im Winter sollte man Schneeketten dabei haben, da das Hotel an einem doch recht steilem Berg liegt.

WLAN in unserem Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, aber die nette Rezeptionistin den Preis vom Billiard erlassen. Wir konnten Schwimmbad und Wellness 2 Stunden kostenlos benutzen. In der Garage gab es einen Lift für das Auto.

Super morgenbuffet. Dejlig ala carte restaurant.

Hotel nabízí velmi kvalitní ubytovací služby i výbornou gastronomii, je umístěn v centru Špindlerova Mlýnu. Hotel jsem navštívili opakovaně a vždy byly poskytované služby perfektní.

Good quality accomodation, restaurant and welness facility.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Die Einrichtung der Zimmer entspricht nicht einem 4 Sternestandard.

Only problem was that we felt kind of lost in the whole property. Very difficult to find the hotel, lobby and get oriented inside the resort. Definitely more signs would help and maybe a map when you arrive.

Nice place for stay for a family, very friendly staff

It was a great location but we were not informed that there is renovations being done so we were woken up very early to construction. There was not good information about the wellness hours and the bowling. The reception saw us 2 times all dressed in our bathing suits and going to the pool and got down there which was a ways away and she never said one word that it is closed. Kind of inconvenient 😐

Very nice hotel and well located for both skiing and exploring. Fantastic buffet breakfast and great dinner menu and food.

Wir waren schon mehrmals in Spindlersmühl und es hat uns immer gefallen, aber das Windsor mit Wellnessbereich war absolut super. Wir kommen demnächst wieder.

Jak na 4 gwiazdkowy hotel to bardzo dziwne, że na czwarte piętro trzeba było samemu z trzeciego piętra nosić bagaże :(
Winda jest tylko do trzeciego piętra.

Problemer med bookingen og mottagelsen i resesjonen var ikke hyggelig.
Fine rom, god frokost og bra beliggenhet.
Savnet en hyggelig og mer intim salong med god sittekomfort. Baren hadde harde stoler/ sofabenker og høy, bråkete musikk. Ikke mye innbydende. Vi,et eldre ektepar liker å slappe av i rolige og komfortable omgivelser. Ikke firestjerners hotell på det området.

Leider nicht alle Angebote nutzbar, keine Saison.
Sehr schöner Wellnesbereich.
Zimmer gut, etwas weiche Matratzen, aber sauber.
Störende Musik in den Gängen, besonders früh um 7 Uhr einfach zu laut und unpassend.
Zimmer neben dem Aufzug nicht empfehlenswert.

Spacious room with a small hall both with cabinets, quite big bathroom where we missed shelves for cosmetics.
1 hour daily of wellness is included in the price and by daily they really mean every day, including the day you come and also they day you leave.
Breakfasts were in form of Swedish tables with good assortments of all what you usually expect for a breakfast, nothing fancy, but good.
Dinner comes with soup, main meal and a desert. Main meal you choose from 4 options a day before.
Garage is in price and is connected with an elevator.
Wellness is small and basic but since it was very few people in there it was perfectly adequate. You get Finish sauna, steam sauna, aroma sauna, pool with counter flow and whirlpool. You can pay extra for massage bathtubs, Thai massages, manicure and pedicure.
TV was Samsung which allowed for watching from your device via HDMI cable.
Considering all the services we get in the price it was really good price.
