Pros:

El jacuzzi cuando pero solo cuando encendieron el agua caliente

Cons:

Cobran el estacionamiento, además si necesitas tu auto debes esperar a qué el personal se desocupe para poder mover los carros y salgas, el desayuno según está incluído.. Pero solo lo que está en la carta y si quieres adicionar algo más te cobran, ejemplo si eliges chilaquiles pero si quieres que le pongan cualquier otra cosa te cobran... También Es demasiado pesado subir a los cuartos por no tener elevador, los cuarto no tienen aire acondicionado y ni si quiera un ventilador, entre cuartos se escucha todo no hay mucha privacidad..

Todo ,el jacuzzi muy agusto y el agua está muy bien ,no está fría, la vista muy bonita y los desayunos muy deliciosos 🫰

Cons:

Un poco la ubicación Pero caminando llegas rápido al centro ya de regreso para que no llegues cansado es mejor tomar taxi o el camión.

Alberca fría, el cuarto que me proporcionaron la cama estaba sucia con polvo y palomillas muertas la ventana no servía y hacía mucho aire una puerta que estaba enfrente del cuarto toda la noche se la paso azotando xq no servía. Y no se podia cerrar pasamos mala noche, no lo recomiendo, con la ventana del cuarto que no servía, ya que no cerraba pasamos frío .

Excelente atención, ubicación muy tranquila
Pros:

La atención del personal fue excelente, en particular Karla, Jorge (creo que es el nombre del bellboy) y Lázaro, la persona que nos atendió en el desayuno. La ubicación es conveniente pues si bien no queda en el centro, si queda cerca (se puede llegar a pie) y al no estar en el centro, es más tranquilo. La habitación cómoda. Por falta de tiempo no pudimos usar la alberca y el jacuzzi, nos quedó pendiente para un próximo viaje.

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien. Lo único es que para algunas personas las escaleras para llegar a las habitaciones, pueden ser pesadas, pero como eso es algo que el hotel advierte con anticipación, ya uno va preparado. Igualmente el equipaje nos lo subió Jorge, entonces no tuvimos que preocuparnos por eso

La vista es bonita la atención del personal muy buena, la piscina bien así como el jacuzzi

No tiene estacionamiento propio, las habitaciones que te rentan en apps son las más baratas y las más viejas y desgastadas que tienen así como las camas, están sucias las sabanas y les ponen un plástico que suena horrible cuando te acuestas y el baño esta viejo, los muebles ya necesitan cambio y la puerta de entrada a la habitación es de Fierro como si fueras preso
