Owner needs to pay attention and add some items to rooms and communicate better
Pros:

Pro's of staying: location; free parking if you could find a space, which at some hours could be a little hard; towels and breakfast very good. You order your bfast ahead of time and bring form to the kitchen. Breakfast is 8-10 so if you have a tour elsewhere or need to leave early...sorry, it is a hard 0800 start time. If you are 2 people, this is probably a fine place to stay - if you are coming with 3 adults...or more for one room - hmmm....

Cons:

A teacher evidently owns this 6-room townhouse. I sent my information in ahead of time (first time I had to send all Passport info in ahead bc I NEVER SAW ANYONE IN HOUSE AS A GREETER other than the 2 ladies that are hired to work at bfast. Invisible Anna is another worker who sends all text communication.
You will receive computer lock code to building in rooms. Fine. Let's talk about Room L - a loft room. Fine with windows open for light, but upstairs with just a bed and nightstands (no TV, no mirror, no room for a suitcase) is very dark. There are evidently 3/6 rooms can hold 3-4 people. I assume they all have the crap futon which my 6'2" son kept falling out of if he even moved slightly to left of futon. There is only 1 chair (which seat was cracked) in room so to watch the one TV, 2 of us had to sit on the edge of the futon which kept falling off. NO ONE EVER REACHED OUT or greeted us - on day of checkout I saw a Booking.com message from Anna asking how was our stay. There is NO MIRROR in room - so if someone is in bathroom, no mirror for make-up, etc. There is one tiny, tiny, TINY-er than European usual in toilet. No trashcan in rest of townhouse = not in communal kitchen or where you eat bfast. No fridge, but we just used the communal kitchen one. Hard pillows and only one pillow on the futon. 2 outlets in living area.
NOW - the staircase. They knew we were 60 and son is almost 30, yet, Ana put us in this room with a log staircase - I will post a pic...very steep and narrow to bed. So - if you need bathroom in middle of night - bring your flashlight.

Отличный вариант ддя викенда
Pros:

Отель расположен непосредственно в историческом центре, всё рядом в пешей доступности. Есть общественный паркинг в 5 минут ходьбы (5 евро сутки). Небольшие, но хорошие завтраки) Отзывчивый доброжелательный персонал.

Cons:

это не минус отеля, скорее больше как факт - зимой отопление кондиционером, соответственно он работает круглые сутки
звукоизоляция номеров :(

Pros:

La casa, desde su entrada, es muy bonita. Casa antigua rehabilitada, buen diseño, buena decoración, cálido y artístico, mezclando lo antiguo y lo modernista. Ambiente cuidado. Toallas muy buenas… y el Desayuno excepcional (y me hicieron unas crepes sin gluten!!!) muy bien grata sorpresa

Cons:

La habitación es un pelín oscura. (Es como una habitación interior que da a una salita tipo suit que sí tiene ventana y ventilación, aún así es un pelín oscura quizás podrían mejorar puntos de iluminación o pintar de blanco alguna pared…vería de aumentarle luminosidad) y quizás la calefacción también , está bien calienta bien, pero igual podría haber otro sistema que optimice

Guimaraes único, me ha encantado
Pros:

Portugal nunca defrauda, habitación muy bonita, súper limpio y la ubicación excelente, ( muchos locales de todo , recomiendo uno precioso para cenar y copa “Alma” el parking muy cerca y muy barato(por noche y día hemos pagado 2,20€) pensamos que era un error🙂 el desayuno bien
