Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vor allem die Lage, die einfach perfekt war. Das Frühstückspersonal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Cons:

Leider waren die Gläser im Zimmer nicht sauber, was uns enttäuscht hat. Außerdem fanden wir das Badezimmer und die Toilette sehr eng und unkomfortabel. Es wurde Trinkwasser angeboten, aber die Flasche roch stark nach Chlor, also haben wir es nicht getrunken. Zudem war das Parken problematisch…Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung

De tudo em geral excepto o que não gostei.

Cons:

Quando cheguei verifiquei que as duas TV da suite k não estavam a funcionar.
Depois de verificar os cabos, detectei que o cabo da antena da TV maior se encontrava com as fichas mal ligadas reparei o mesmo ficando a TV grande do quarto a funcionar.
Verifiquei que a tomada de alimentação da TV junto ao sofá estava desligada e a mesma encontra-se partida.
Na referida suite ouvem-se, ranger de madeira, naturais em casas de interiores de madeira mas na minha opinião demasiados.

Localización de 10 en una ciudad súper acogedora y muy bonita
Pros:

La localización es más que perfecta. Muy limpio y el personal de 10. Súper atenta Zahira y sus compañeras. La decoración de toda la casa es muy bonita y acogedora.

Cons:

No había nevera en el dormitorio y las almohadas eran muy finitas. En el desayuno el zumo de naranja no es natural y no había un bizcocho o tarta casera. Si que hacen los desayunos con las peticiones concretas de cada usuario, pero falta variedad de oferta por ejemplo en embutidos y quesos. Solo York y queso sándwich. Solo zumo de naranja, no más opciones de sabores de zumos.
