Spokojenost.
Pros:

Fantastická poloha hotelu, nádherný výhled, velmi prostorný dvoj pokoj. Oceňuji oddělené pokoje s plnohodnotnými postelemi - jsme rodina 2+2. Skvělá byla dáma na recepci, která nám splnila i přání ohledně překvapení pro děti. :-)

Cons:

Uvítali bychom lepší matrace. Personál v restauraci by si zasloužil trochu více péče. Chápeme, že to je s lidmi náročné, ale personál dělá hotel. Skvělá byla naopak paní na recepci, tak byla proaktivní, usměvavá a skutečně se snažila maximálně vyhovět. :-)

Schönes Hotel in herrlicher Lage
Pros:

Ein sehr schön gestaltetes Hotel in wunderschöner Umgebung. Das Apartment hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf den Berg. Der Pool ist groß und gut temperiert. Sauna und Fittie gab es auch, das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker.

Cons:

Das WLAN war im Zimmer recht unstabil.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage, mit allem was man braucht. Das Frühstücksangebot ist abwechselnd und für jeden was dabei. Das Restaurant hat ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungsniveau auch das Serviceteam ist Top.

Idealer Ausangspunkt für einen Wanderurlaub im Riesengebirge.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut. Das Schwimmbad haben wir gern genutzt.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine fantastische Lage. Wanderungen können direkt ab Haus gestartet werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und im Restaurant, auch wenn die Karte überschaubar ist kann man sehr gut essen. Parkplätze am Haus kostenlos, sehr gut, Wellness Bereich ist vorhanden und ausreichend. Wir können dieses Hotel gern weiter empfehlen und würden es wieder buchen.

Z hotelu jsou krásné výhledy.

Cons:

Čistota na pokoji - na pohovce i koberci byly chlupy od psa. Kvalita potravin na snídani - některé ovoce bylo nahnilé. Hluk z vedlejšího pokoje - stěny jsou opravdu tenké a je slyšet téměř vše. To stejné z pokojů pro zaměstnance v posledním patře hotelu, kde byl v noci hluk. Bez špuntů v uších bychom se nevyspali.
Celkově vybavení hotelu je už hodně opotřebované, jak v pokoji tak v restauraci a je to škoda, protože to kazí celkový dojem z ubytování.
