Pros:

The view of the ocean was so amazing. The hotel was in process of renovation so there was a lot of noise at the time . But I know once there done it will be great . It’s walkable or if you prefer to use the buses to get to down town it’s easy and there’s more options to eat and shop . We also walked from downtown to the quebrada and it’s a nice walk ( a bit up hill but not bad ) definitely worth the walk . Loved the hotel view and the sound of the beach all day and night definitely worth the stay .

Alberca lo peor que he visto, agua muy sucia, los albañiles que están dando mantenimiento fatal, la preferencia en el elevador es para ellos y se enojan si uno lo va a usar, la habitación lo que le toca a la camarista muy bien, pero nos tocó muchas hormigas en las camas, restaurante realmente muy escaso, en general yo no volvería jamás a este hotel, Aunque es un lugar con buena ubicación en la playa y poco personal atento!! En estacionamiento despota y grosero uno donde pide el servicio de la camioneta para él estacionarse (no el chofer).
Es mi primera vez en un hotel de este nivel pero me queda claro que es mejor pagar más costo que arriesgarse a tan mal servicio e incomodidades!!

Uno de los colchones estaba chueco y era incómodo para dormir, en la habitación salió una cucaracha grande, y cuando ya nos íbamos salimos en la madrugada queríamos taxi y el de recepción pues se desentendio nosotros lo tuvimos q conseguir

La comida no estuvo buena, pedí camarones empanizados y no se veían presentables ni estaban ricos. Tmb pedí un cóctel de camarón y sabía más a catsup q otra cosa. Las camas y almohadas si estaban muy ricas y dormí muy bien en la noche xq de día había mucho ruido xq estan en reconstrucción

Una estancia muy agradable, la atención del personal muy buena y limpieza excelente. GRACIAS.
Únicamente como sugerencia el hotel debería ofrecer servicio de comida también por la tarde y noche. Y tener una opción de estaciónamiento más accesible.

La limpieza me gustó demasiado, lo que no me gustó fue que está en remodelación y me dieron la habitación del fondo donde trabajaban todos los albañiles y la puerta no cerraba bien
