Is very clean and the rooms are very confortable. The staff are very friendly, they help me with an EarPod that I had lost.
The staff were very nice and the continental breakfast was great as well. Very simple food which was perfect for my picky kids. They loved the bacon and sausage and waffles.
The microwave and the TV were working at least.
The fridge was out from day 1, the bed had a pubic hair in between the sheets, the shower didn't have enough pressure, the pool had a lot of chlorine, the AC wasn't cooling enough, the sofa was sticky for some reason, there was rat poop behind the toilet, and on the sink there was a pretty fast bug that was resembling like a scorpion. It had the clamps but the tail was long and skinny, we ended up killing it. The cameras I don't think they work, because somebody hit my vehicle and there was no evidence of what happened. Even when a cop was present there, they refused to show the video (which that reinforced my belief that their cameras are not even running, they're dummies, or they just don't have a clear view at all. To make things short, at least they gave me some points, to make up for a $380 side mirror that now I have to pay out of pocket because they refuse to give the cop the evidence needed for my company. My advice, spend a little more and get something better, at a better location, and with faster accommodations. You win some, you lose some I guess.
