Pros:

Service aan bar, super aardig, goede ontvangst en konden direct inchecken ondanks we te vroeg arriveerde dat is heel fijn wand dan kan je direct de stad in.

Cons:

Was stil in hotel, vanwege slecht weer op Schiphol, daar kan het hotel natuurlijk niets aan doen.

All'ultimo momento ci è stata cambiata la camera da Suite Art che avevamo prenotato a Disco suite, quindi rumorosa per la vicina discoteca fino alle 3 di notte quindi poca possibilità di vero riposo.

Nice location with a view on canals and Singel, really helpful staff, cozy beds
Pros:

It was a really pleasant stay, starting with location which is great, walking distance of whole city center, museums, shops. Good connection with main train station by trams (3 lines pass by hotel) or metro (Rokin metro station is near). I had a room on 3rd floor, didnt hear much noise from street or nearby bars at all, but mind the steps going up, not for everybody if you have large luggage. Beds were great, had a nice sleep, 4 big pillows included. Good AC for heating. Staff was really great and with warm welcome.

Cons:

I could use a tea or coffee maker that I think was listed as room item but wasnt there. Since it was January, making hot drinks are always appreciated, but staff offered to make some if needed, but you had to go down to reception area.

Очень плохой опыт — проблемы с заселением, картой и обслуживанием.

Мы забронировали номер в этом отеле через Booking.com. При приезде в 22:00 ресепшн был закрыт, никого не было, чтобы нас встретить. Нам сказали идти в бар Belly of the Beast рядом с отелем, где персонал должен был помочь попасть в номер.

В баре нам выдали карточку для входа, которая не открывала дверь. Сотрудник сказал, что он может открыть дверь только со своей карты, и если мы выйдем после 4:00 утра, мы не сможем вернуться в номер. Это значит, что мы должны были оставаться в комнате весь вечер и ночь.

Номер, за который мы заплатили 160 евро (со скидкой), оказался без окон и с минимальными удобствами. Это было очень неудобно и неприятно.

Утром при завтраке нам сказали, что бы мы убрали отзыв в google и они вернут деньги только за завтрак. Завтрак подали таким образом что нам даже не захотелось кушать его. В итоге деньги за завтрак 10 евро. 😒 Думаю что они настолько любят деньги что забыли о своих клиентах.

В целом обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего, информация, предоставленная отелем, была некорректной, а условия проживания не соответствовали обещанным при бронировании. Мы крайне недовольны этим опытом.

bell'albergo ma le stanze dalle foto sembrano molto più grandi, la suite per 4 persone ha un micro lavandino incastarto dietro un comodino devo dire scomodissimo per il resto pulito e molto originale e moderno negli arredi.

Cons:

il lavandino e gli spazi davvero angusti una delle due camere che abbimao affittato la 404 non aveva la porta del bagno e devo dire non comoda..

Convenient location with a few shortcomings, does the job I guess.
Pros:

I liked the location and the unique interior in a historic canal building

Cons:

The cleanliness was an issue unfortunately and despite flagging this to staff attention it didn’t really make much of a difference. I fire alarm also sounded at around 130am on our first night and there seemed to be a lack of disregard for safety by the night staff

Great walkable location
Pros:

The location and the lovely staff behind the bar downstairs

Cons:

I booked 2 queens thinking it would make the room bigger but it was the oddest layout and the air con was broken so it was freezing until the lovely staff turned it off for us completely. If anyone at the hotel reads this I think adding a full length mirror would be beneficial as that would also add another getting ready spot. The sink/mirror area was small and kinda odd.
