Good hotel and good location. Could have some minor improvements.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful. I was having trouble getting the shower water to work and the staff promptly came to my room to assist. Very responsive and helpful. Great location. Comfy room/bed. Had everything I needed.

Cons:

1. Fresh towels were not brought to the room daily.
2. Ventilation/airflow in the room is not great. It has working AC - which was great - but after a few days it started to have a "musty" smell.
3. Bathroom/living area light would turn on and off on its own. Sometimes would wake me up in the night.

Not recommended from Thursday till Sunday and stay away from breakfasts
Pros:

1. The hotel staff
Really helpful and acted basically immediately on our requests.

2. The beds and the bathroom within the hotel room
3. Cleaning services

Cons:

Ok, so there are multiple things but the biggest 2 offenders are:
1. Loud club music which bass caused us being unable to sleep.
During our first night it wasnt a problem because we were very tired and fell asleep properly, but on the 2nd night I couldnt sleep from 11pm till 4am due to the bass constantly just making the whole room shake. I have informed the staff about it and the loud music was gone the next day, but still it made these 2 night unbearable. The room changed into a torture chamber making you unable to sleep. Crazy.
2. Breakfasts are simply "not it".
The breakfasts costing 20 euro per person is an unfunny joke for what you receive. Do not buy it and instead go out to some breakfast restaurants or bakeries.

Elegant and modern place in a very central location
Pros:

The place is clean and modern, located on the central Singel canal. Our room was on the first floor and the stairs not too narrow. We had a canal view from our bed. The double-glazed windows ensured soundproofing from the nearby venues. Very helpful staff, we were able to store our luggage in a secure room.

Cons:

The room has very limited storage for luggage. It makes it great for weekend gateway but more challenging if you are on a longer trip with big luggage. From a design point of you, it would make sense to create storage space under the bed.

Pros:

the place was very dirty and it smelled really bad. the place is a scam, all the rooms are really small (not like in the pictures). YOU CAN NOT OPEN THE WINDOWS. the windows are permanently closed and there are no doors for the bathroom so my girlfriend had to get out the room every single time i had to go to the bathroom. DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL
