An okay place to stay, don't expect too much
Pros:

It was close to a shopping mall and not too far from the convention center. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly (although not responding to our requests). Closeness to public transportation is definitely a plus.

Cons:

There were several problems we encountered:
1. No daily room cleaning
2. The safe was not functioning and not repaired even after complaining.
3. The hair dryer was not functioning, presenting a fire hazard as the blower motor was seezed causing the heating element to overheat.
4. To enable TV programming, a 500.-SEK charge applies
5. TV was old and did not have WiFi streaming capability
6. The bed was exceedingly soft and hard to sleep in

It was a convenient stay, not far from my working place.
Pros:

The hotel is located not far from the train station. Easy to reach the airport connection. Check-in was smooth. Friendly staff. Breakfast was balanced.

Cons:

During my stay, I was assigned a ground-floor room where the lighting was insufficient. The dark grey walls amplified the dimness, making the space feel particularly gloomy. While opening the curtains allowed some street light in, it compromised my privacy. Improving the artificial lighting or selecting rooms with better natural light exposure would enhance guest comfort significantly.

Perfect price performance ratio
Pros:

It exceeded my expectations, definitely the quality and comfort of the room much higher than the price grade. The breakfast was also very nice, great variety and fresh. The location for me was very convenient for attending a conference at Kistamässen, though a little far from Stockholm city center, but there are direct train connections in vicinity. There’s also snacks and drinks you can buy inside the lobby 24 hours.

Cons:

Maybe the possibility of having an iron in the room or renting and taking it to the room would add to the convenience, compared to having to use it in the laundry room of the hotel. But even that was not a big problem.

Nagyon könnyen megközelíthető a szálloda. Tökéletes a reggeli! A lányom imádta az ágyat (magas és puha)

Pros:

Great location and close to a shopping mall with everything. Breakfast wonderful.

Cons:

I mistakenly booked twin bed instead of double. I messaged before I arrived asking for a double which was confirmed with a message your reservation was updated. When I arrived late I was still given twin bed, which was very uncomfortable and beds move even though they were put together. Next day I asked for a double but was told its too late as I should have done it when I checked in which i did do plus the message i sent before i arrived. Communication could've been better.

Pros:

The hotel is just a 5–7 minute walk from Kista metro station and the shopping center, and from there it takes about 25 minutes to reach central Stockholm. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options, including gluten-free and vegan choices. It was also possible to leave luggage after checkout, which was very convenient. The bed linen and other textiles were quite new and in good condition.

Cons:

There was a strange smell in the room, so we had to keep the window open most of the time. It also felt very stuffy, with extremely dry air. If you have a dust allergy, I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel - there was quite a lot of dust.

Pros:

Perfekt och lugnt läge med nära både till naturområde och tunnelbana. Helt okej frukost, helt okej gym. Rummet var det jag förväntat mig. Tyst, lugnt och tryggt!

Cons:

Att jag möttes av en inspelad person på en stor skärm och checkade in själv på en dator och att även kiosken bemannades av en dator. Av de tre jag träffade som jobbade där fick jag ett helt okej bemötande förutom av nattpersonalen som frågade om jag verkligen bodde där fast hon sett mig vid incheckning. Att det var så lite fokus på service och bemötande drar ner mina betyg.
