We would definitely stay at The Magnolia again!
Pros:

The Magnolia had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Quinta do Lago, the staff were extremely helpful and the location is fantastic. We have lots of our wedding guests staying in October and are so glad to recommend this hotel!

Cons:

The bathrooms on the standard rooms could have been a little bigger.

Stay was very good and the area is lovely - been going here for years
Pros:

Facilities overall were very good but the beds are very hard - staff very friendly

Cons:

Beds could have been more comfy and their was no tea/coffee facilities in the room which is very unusual as most places have now - that was a disappointment

Great location for us, perfect size cottage, best breakfast and friendly staff. Would stay again!
Pros:

We had one of the cottages for our family, 2 adults and 2 older teens. Having the 2 bedrooms was so nice, like our own apartment. Breakfast every morning was amazing. So Good! It was over Christmas so did not use the pool.

Cons:

Only issue we had was rain coming in through all 3 of the sliding glass door. That is all to say as everything else was a "like"

Golf in Portugal is exceptional
Pros:

Last Winter we went to Pinehurst for a golf trip. But compared with Quinta do Lago, in Portugal and its 3 beautiful golf courses the North, South and especially Laranjul, this was light years away in sophistication and value. The best place to stay is The Magnolia Hotel, with its golf packages and mostly because of their wonderful staff and amenities.

Pleasant stay, more suitable for golfers
Pros:

Breakfast and location perfect with good facilities, majority of hotel staff very kind and helpful. So many TV channels to choose from!! :)

Cons:

Rooms were dated and not really that clean. Bathroom really too small and ants in bathroom.
No plugs near the mirrors
