Amaris Hotel Nagoya Hill - Batam

Nice clean and simple hotel. Good simple food. Friendly staffs, nice shower room. We didn't smell any cigarettes smell, which is good. Hot water worked well. Sorry we forgot to take pictures. Overall really experience. Keep up the good work. Good job. Happy New Year 2025. Thank you Amaris

We stayed for 2 nights, room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were excellent, they were extremely helpful and most of them spoke very good English and we would definitely stay there again. Wifi was available and they also kept our bags as we arrived early.

Awesome all the service render especially staff Ayu and Cut for their warmest welcome. Food excellent. Wawan front desk staff friendly . The location strategies and near to the mosques, pandai cari makan karna food court sangat dekat, senang pusing pusing di sini.

For the price, the hotel location within nagoya hill mall, it’s value for money. Of course, you get for what you pay for. So don’t expect 5star facilities. Will definitely stay again :-)

Did not like the limited number of towels provided

Location is just a step away from Nagoya hill mall.
Value for money. Only Hollywood room is with king size bed and free coffee and tea. Standard/Smart room is twin and queen bed to choose from. No coffee and tea for smart and standard room, only bottle water is given.
Breakfast is simple , don’t aspect too much. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Eateries, spa, barber and all that you need is around the hotel area. Very convenient. Save money on transport.
Overall is a great stay. Will stay again.
Do note that this hotel is not for guest that aspect a 5/4 star hotel standard with a value of a 2 star hotel.

Breakfast end at 9am which I think it is too early. Good that they call me on my first morning at 08:45 for breakfast but subsequently I hanged up my phone as not to be disturbed

Staff are friendly from the front desk, the buffet breakfast area and the security personnel at the door. As we are on the ground floor, the aircon behind is loud, there are ants near the table and the toilet door is without lock. Breakfast though simple is still good and no issues with the check in and out.

Amaris has always been one of my favorite hotels in Batam. Located near nagoya hill mall. Staff was friendly. Recommend for those who is looking for a budget hotel.

Hotel located in great location in the heart of shopping area, which 20 minutes from airport. Room is clean and the staffs are polite. Breakfast Ok and the taste is good, and variety is so so (standard budget hotel). Sure will coming back again for the next visit.

Location good.

Hotel is not very clean. Lots of ants around the room door. Shower head non adjustable. Fridge not available in the room. Hair dryer only available upon request. Despite staying in double room, they only provide 1 pair of room slippers. Not much choices for breakfast buffet.

Its a walking distance to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall
