I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The property itself is well maintained, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. But what really made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service.

I especially want to recognize Mr. Max, who was by far the best person and employee I encountered during my visit. Max went above and beyond in every interaction, whether it was answering questions, offering helpful recommendations, or simply greeting guests with genuine warmth and kindness. His professionalism, attentiveness, and positive attitude made such a difference and truly elevated my stay.

If you’re considering a visit, I highly recommend it and be sure to say hello to Max. He’s a remarkable person and a credit to the entire hotel team.

Atentos con este hotel. Es el único que, a pesar de que tengo el sello de entrada a Colombia en el pasaporte, cobra un 'impuesto/cobro' adicional. Según Expedia, el hotel ya estaba completamente pagado. Otros hoteles en Cúcuta y en el resto de Colombia no hacen este cobro adicional. Dudo al 100% de la honestidad de sus prácticas comerciales.
