Noisy and confusing hotel

They have their own policy about kids age.I booked my trip through hotels.com stated my kids age just like any reservation I made at any hotel, but when I checked in they charged my an extra hundred dollars for age variance and a tiny roll in bed. The property is located in busy shopping/hangout area. The breakfast is located in a different building that you have to exit the hotel and walk to the other building, the swimming pool and gyms are also located in another building.
It's very confusing
At night it is very noisy, people screaming and cars honking till 2 am.

Very late check out and check in progress. BERY SLOW. BUT THEY Are very friendly. Room service was rhe worse ever. They dont clean. Actually they dont clean the floor at all. I wont give this hotel 2 stars even. Dosent worth to stay there. And very slow when you need something.

In theory, staying next to an upscale outdoor entertainment area is nice. In reality, the noise level is inescapable. You’re either facing the street, where cars are blasting music and groups of people are yelling, or you’re facing the Boulevard, where crowds are present until the wee hours of the morning. Customer service at the front desk is stingy, rude, and inflexible, especially to guests visiting us in the lobby (even our friends and family were surprised). They nickel and dime you while giving the least amount possible (one tiny bar of soap for the bathroom, one towel, etc). There was no iron in the room, the water kettle was broken, the safe didn’t work, and the washing machine leaked puddles of water. Oh, and even though we specifically asked for a non smoking room bc my son has allergies, the supposed “non smoking” room reeked of stale smoke.

Pros: It was clean.

A local friend suggested this place, and I let her know about our experience so as not to put others through this. I recommend saving your money or spending it justifiably at another hotel.

Rusted water.. need to fix the internal sewage system
Room floor looks not clean although its clean. Need maybe to change the tiles type.
