中山駅がとても近く日本人観光客が多いためか、フロントは日本語が通じます。
(チェックイン時に一言も発してないのに日本語で話しかけられました)
とにかく利便性が良い立地で良かったです。
それから、トイレが日本のものと遜色なかったのが感動しました。
また、お部屋にペットボトルのお水の用意がない代わりに共有部分に給水器があるため、いつでも冷たいお水が飲めます。
アクセスがとにかくいい。
スタッフの方も常に笑顔でとても過ごしやすかったです。
あと、人によりますが、日本語も通じます。
急な延泊の依頼にも、色々と検討や提案をもらい、助かりました。日本語での対応も可能だったのでストレスなく過ごすことが出来ました
全体的に良かったです！
Pros:

Cons:
- facility worn out (mould seen at the silicone sealing around the bathtub)
- mould smell in the room if the toilet room is left open when away
- suboptimal noise insulation
- a bit pricey considering the conditions of the facilities, but could be offset by the location if convenience is more of a concern
員工親切
MRTの駅から近く、フロントでも日本語が通じるので言葉に不安を感じる人でも安心して泊まれると思います。
難点はホテルのあるビルには他のテナントも入っていて、
エレベーターが共用なことと、入り口が少しわかりにくいところがあること。それ以外には何も問題のない充実した滞在でした。中山エリアで泊まる機会があれば、候補のひとつとしたいです。
林森のホテルと同様に室内は清潔です。
ビルの8階にフロントがあり、
エレベーターが必ずそこで止まるのが
面倒ですが、保安上仕方ないと思います。
周辺はデパートや駅に近く、商業地区にあるので大変便利です。
コンビニは少し離れています。
次回も利用したいと思います。
駅近くで、とても便利でした。
下の階には北京が北平と呼ばれた時の料理も食べれる
レストランもあり立地は最高です。

中山駅そばで便利でした。
フロントスタッフの対応も良く、日本語も出来て安心でした。
ただ、アメニティーや部屋にミネラルウォーターが無いのが残念。
コスパ良い 朝食バイキング もう少し種類欲しい
冷凍するアイスパックの「冷凍」をお願いしたら、「冷蔵」されたアイスパックで、凍っていない状態で、使い物にならなくて、困りました。
中山駅周辺で1日15,000円前後で探した結果、タンゴホテルとロイヤルインで検討しました。結果、ランドリー設備がある点でこちらのホテルにしました。
【良い点】
・中山駅、三越、鼎泰豊、春水堂、無印良品、ユニクロなどが非常に近い
・無料のランドリーがあるが、洗濯機、乾燥機ともに2台である
・ラウンジに無料のコーヒー設備と果物、ジュースが少しおいてあるがタイミングが悪いと無い
・掃除はきちんとされており、EV前に給湯器、給水機があり、いつでも水はいただける
【悪い点】
・洗面所に物を置くスペースがない
・お風呂の排水が漏れているのか不明だかバスマットがびしょぬれになる
・ハンガーが6本しかないため自分で持っていく必要がある
・化粧スペースが無く、鏡もなく、照明も暗いため女性は大変みたいです
施設は古さを感じますがこの値段なら及第点です

Location location location. The ease of public transport from Royal Inn to the green line is just a few steps away. Once on the green line, transfer to any line in just a few stops. Exit 3 has no escalators, but if you can manage the stairs, the station is 10 steps from the hotel front door. But if you are like me, walk to the end of the block and use exit 4, up and down escalators!
Hotel entrance isn’t huge and signs are hard to spot. The hotel itself is right next to PoYa/Diaso, very convenient. Take the elevator to the 8th floor to check in and for breakfast buffet. The rooms are a bit small and dated, but clean. Towels and room is refreshed daily and the staff are all very friendly.
Lots of dining and shopping options within steps of the hotel. 7/11 is in the alley across the street. There is a lady that sells breakfast rice rolls from a cart in front of the subway station Exit 3 , must try, she’s there from 10-3 daily. Ding Tai Fung is in the mall across the street, line up by 1030-1045 for a ticket and you will get seated on the first seating that opens at 11am.
Overall good hotel at this price point, best location.

3人で2泊3日滞在しました。MRT中山駅から近く、雨の日は地下街から行けるので大変便利です。大きい荷物がある方はエレベーター、エスカレーターがある４番出口をオススメします。
フロントは8階、7階には美容室とマッサージ店があります。私達が宿泊した10階には洗濯施設がありました。
エレベーター前にゴキちゃんが横たわり、放置されていたのと、１度ゴキちゃんが部屋に入ってきたので清潔さの評価を⭐︎4に。
ゴキ以外では快適に過ごせたので良かったと思います。
