Pros:

De kamer was op het eerste zicht inorde. Tot we de badkamer in kwamen. Hier zagen we dat de spiegel rot was, de wc bril stond los op de wc. En het douche gordijn viel bijna van de muur. In de keuken was er dan weer bijna geen bestek en servies. Op de handdoeken en bedlinnen kon je regelmatig plekken terug vinden. Daar tegenover stond dan wel dat de eigenaars zeer vriendelijk waren en zeer tolerant qua geluid etc. Al bij al hebben we ons goed geamuseerd een week lang. Voor de prijs die je betaald kan je u zeker amuseren.

Pros:

A horrible experience. Very dirty and disgusting apartment. Stains on the sheets and towels. Dirty floors.
No service or information. The staff was rude and the only time we met the staff they were either screaming very loudly or sleeping on a sunbed.
On the last day the housekeeper even made us check out earlier than supposed because of the next guest arriving.
Not worth the stay. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.

Une super expérience avec un accueil hors du commun.

Tout est accessible à pieds, boutiques, restaurants et plage à proximité.

Location de bateaux avec l’hôtel.

Possibilité de réserver un transport pour l’aéroport.

Pros:

The initial impression of the place is deceptive; it seems nice but falls short. The door was flimsy, made of cardboard (seriously) the handle came off within 1 hour of me arriving and no one was around to ask for help, and remained broken for three days. Despite constant promises, it was only fixed after I contacted Expedia directly. The shower was both dirty and partially dysfunctional. Though the cleaning staff were friendly, the room itself lacked cleanliness. My overall opinion: don't stay here. I left due to the issues; only my dad remained. The Expedia rating is unreliable.

Pros:

Gemischte Gefühle: Das Personal und die Inhaber waren unheimlich freundlich und haben immer schnell geholfen. Das war ganz wunderbar. Der Eingangsbereich ist modern und schön eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind allerdings in keinem allzu guten Zustand. Wir hatten Schimmel und zerquetschte Insekten in der Dusche, auch eine Kakerlake lief uns im Bad über den Weg. Die kühle Luft aus der Klimaanlage roch in dem einen Zimmer nach Urin, in dem anderen lief sie aus. Wir hatten trotzdem eine tolle Zeit auf Kreta!
