The location was great and the staff were wonderful.
Proximity to the road & 24/7 check in.
The room reaked of mold. The kettle in the room had mold and I could smell the dust from the carpet.
The breakfast was cold.
The distance to town
The facility is old but expensive. The gym had non-functional machines. They did not prepare breakfast, No DSTV in the rooms, the television set in the Bar is very small. Generally the services were not good
The hotel was very old and not well maintained. Nothing like what we saw online. The food was really bad - we had to eat outside and the rooms were not comfortable at all

The pictures of the website, looks far more better the real state the premises are situated in.

Comfy bed, spacious rooms, lovely garden and good food.
No mosquito net around the bed, which was the only place in Uganda for us to see that. Consequently got also stung quite a lot. The position of the AC is also not the best, as the wind comes directly to the bed. The hotel taxi is quite expensive for a 5 min drive (15$ per person) but they at least called the normal taxi for 10$.
Breakfast was okay, although you had to buy water if you needed to drink during the breakfast

- The walls were rusty
- The hotel seemed unclean and dirty with cobwebs and dust
- The rooms were dusty. The AC was blowing out dust along with air
- the showers needed to be fixed
- they staff mentioned the checkout time was 10 am. While on booking.com it was 12 pm
- not very friendly receptionist

Always excellent/polite friendly staff, who are happy to help with everything and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a very happy stay. I will highly recommend this establishment for any one travelling through Entebbe. Also only just 10mins drive to airport and 5minutes walk to shopping mall.
Good
Very good value for money. The reception staff was kind enough to wait for me until 3am because of my extremely delayed flight. Room was very clean with all the toiletries I required during my stay. Bed was gigantic, loved it. Breakfast staff was very attentive too, breakfast choice was okay. Pool was very refreshing
Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.
