Pros:

Pros:

Large well appointed room, nice bathroom. Helpful housekeeping staff. Good breakfast

Cons:

Unable to use our free drinks voucher this time as the bar person refused to let us redeem it for water. We have done this on a previous stay.

There is no twin bed even we select twin bed while booking.

Consider great location.

Cons:

The shared bathroom was extremely unclean. The foot-washing tubs had been repurposed as plant pots and looked absolutely disgusting, especially at night. Both tubs were covered in black mould. The overall condition was unhygienic and unacceptable.

Kanon läge och pris!
Pros:

Läget var kanon, priset kanon, frukosten väldigt bra och det var rent och städat. Man fick en drink i baren gratis.

Cons:

Om man jämför med mindre ställen så är de lite mer opersonligt.

Increíble lugar precio- calidad
Pros:

Se encuentra muy bien ubicado, tienes varios buenos restaurantes alrededor y es un barrio seguro. El desayuno es increíble, estilo buffet, con gran variedad de opciones y de muy buena calidad.

Cons:

Los vidrios son un poco delgados por lo que recomiendo usar tapones de oído. Estamos en el piso 7 y escuchamos toda la noche la bocina de los autos. Lo otro es que el baño compartido tenía un olor fuerte a orina, no tiene que ver con la limpieza ya que vimos como todos los días se había la limpieza, e incluso hasta dos veces por día, por lo que creemos que tiene que ver más con el sistema de cañería

Prima verblijf!
Pros:

Perfecte locatie in Miraflores, heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt, ruime kamers en goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Leuke bar bij binnenkomst en een gratis welkomsdrankje!

Cons:

Communicatie met het personeel ging helaas erg stroef via whatsapp. We wilden annuleren maar werden van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd.

Allez-y les yeux fermés !
Pros:

Selon moi c est la meilleur auberge de jeunesse où j’ai séjourné !
L’auberge est moderne est décorée avec goût.
Il est dans un quartier safe de Lima à proximité de beaucoup de commerces et restaurants.
Le cinéma dans l auberge est clairement un point positif !

GREAT inclusive Welcome drink, breakfast and location
Pros:

Great, clean, air conditioned, spacious room compared to our initial booking at NAIA Apart Hotel. Since the free breakfast is located at THIS building, it makes more sense to book these nicer rooms if same pricing. Was nice to get a complimentary WELCOME drink which cooled us during the heat. Good priced money changer literally across the street. There is security guard at front door which is nice for 2 ladies traveling to feel secure. Breakfast was wonderful buffet with ham, cheese, scrambled eggs, sauteed vegetables, rice, potatoes, fresh cut fruit, fresh beet, passionfruit and orange juices, breads, coffee amd tea (and pre-requisite coca leaf tea for those going to Cuzco). They also packed NICE substantial cheese and ham sandwiches with fruit water and snack breakfast when we left on an early Peru Hop excursion....just let them know night in advance. Front desk spoke English which was nice. They accept credit card at no extra fees.

Cons:

MINOR yet would enhance experience... Front desk could be warmer. We had messaged about leaving bags there while going to Cuzco amd they said yes. Would have been nice if they had mentioned $5/day for storage fees as that added up and maybe we wpuld have gone with another more upscale hotel that didn't charge those extra fees. UPFRONT communication should be the rule especially when there are additional.charges involved.

Nice property
Pros:

It's on a nice street and we found the location quiet. We were able to walk to many things we wanted to do and it was easy to get an Uber to other locations. Breakfast was very good. We intended to check out the spa but did not get around to it.

Cons:

I cant say the front desk staff were rude but arriving tired after a delayed domestic flight i found them annoying and less then helpful. I thought i had prepaid for this room so it surprised me to be asked for payment. I then could not use the credit card after entering the wrong PIN multiple times ( as I said I was tired). I did not have enough US cash with me at the end of the trip. I was not able to pay in full at checkout, as most other hotels had offered. . I was not allowed to pay cash for the first night and then fiqure out the credit card thing for the next day. He just kept repeating that i had to pay in full or leave. He made me feel like I was at a high end hotel which he was certain I could not afford. I know they have their rules but not once did he apologize, attempt to relate, or offer helpful suggestions. It was my son that came up with the solution of using the cash we had and putting the rest on a card that was only allowing smaller transactions while away from home. This experience was extra frustrating and completely unexpected after the very helpful staff we encountered at all the other hotels we stayed at in Peru.
