Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Sehr einfach gehaltenes Hotel, aber Preis-Leistung ist umschlagbar! Natürlich nicht das sauberste, das Bad ist schon gewöhnugsbedürftig, aber es ist 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt und zum übernachten/arbeiten reicht es vollkommen aus!

Gross! Stay away!
Pros:

Stay away. We had a two night reservation and left after the first night. Very much a spring break, hostel apartment situation. While it’s close to night life… it’s not clean and it’s loud. the pictures are better than in person… they didn’t even advertise a picture of the shower and there’s a reason. Save your money and spend a little more to go somewhere else.

Täglich Stromausfälle, einmal Zimmer gewechselt, trotzdem kein Meerblick wie bezahlt. Hotel mitten auf der "Partymeile", Lärm bis 6.00 Uhr morgens. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Chambres très propres Personnel très chaleureux et prompt à rendre service. Tout près de la plage et de la zone festive . Naturellement on ne vient pas y chercher le calme absolu mais en fermant les fenêtres, mettre la clim et prévoir des bouchons, ça passe

Excellent location right in the centre of Hersonissos minutes from on the beach and shops and Restaurants we had a lovely sea view room worth paying the extra for . The staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms cleaned every day . The property it’s self could do with a bit of updating

Kassavetis is located is the real center of hersonissos. Receptionist was very kind and helpful. we stayed in this aparthotel 3 weeks. we chose it for its excellent value for money. the apartment was on the ground floor with independent entrance, equipped with fridge and electric oven and sink. cleaning is on request as often as needed. the staff paid attention to all our needs even the courtesy to print the return plane tickets. what can i add, on my next vacation in hersonissos i will definitely stay here again. thanks kassavetis

Klimaanlage funktionierte und Kühlschrank war sauber.

:-( die Ausstattung der Küche war schauderhaft. Total unvollständiges Zubehör, kein Trinkglas, kein Suppenteller, wie hätte ich Suppe essen sollen? aus kleinen Kaffeetassen? Topf auf Nachfrage....alles schmuddelig, nicht mal Geschirrtuch oder Spülmittel, die Arbeitsplatten hatten Benutzungsspuren von Vornutzern, es war alles nicht so appetitlich
die Couch war total schmutzig, nur nicht draufsetzen.
Alle Geschäfte in der Anlage waren verlassen und leergeräumt, sah irgendwie nach Lost Place aus...

La spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi ,tutte molto piccole e non libere .l'albergo affaccia alla via pedonale frequentata di notte da molti giovani,impossibile dormire .le pulizie eseguite giornalmente con cambi lenzuola e asciugamani. Non idoneo x famiglie .
