Eagles Nest Hotel

Room not cleaned for 2 days, no wifi working, no pool bar , snacks , no roof bar operative , room had a kettle but no cups, glasses , bathroom did not even have soap ! Avoid this place , the lack of facilities should be highlighted

Struttura datata e fatiscente. Personale che fa finta di non capire le richieste e le lamentele. Camera molto sporca con numerosi insetti ovunque. La colazione fra tutto si salva, qualità appena sufficiente ma molto varia. Unica nota positiva la presenza di un piccolo locale fornito di acqua e vari snack a prezzi onesti da pagare direttamente alla reception. La piscina non la abbiamo utilizzata ma sembrava carina.
Ha prezzi un po'più bassi di altre strutture nelle vicinanze e si può sopravvivere ma è giusto sapere cosa aspettarsi.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. I loved the welcoming staff and how helpful they were. There is a personal charm and care for those who stay here.

We stayed as a family of four and we loved it! The staff, especially our receptionist George and bar man Jerry were just amazing! The hotel has family rooms with private pools and we used it daily! So wonderful! The area is calm and you can walk to Pefkos for meals and more action. The beaches were close enough to walk but we stayed more at the pool. The breakfast was lovely!

An der Rezeption fanden wir niemanden vor ca 15 Minuten später kam dann jemand. Das Bett ist sehr groß und bequem. Im Bad war immer Flüssigkeit am Boden nachdem man diese wegwischte. Vermutlich war der Abfluss vom Waschebecken undicht. Der Pool ist toll. Jerry der Barkeeper ist wirklich super. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr groß und war lecker. Der Allgemeinzustand des hotels müsste mal wieder aufpolliert werden.

Lange Wartezeit beim Check- in, trotz bezahlter und bestätigter Buchung war zunächst kein Zimmer verfügbar. Tote Kakerlake im Flur blieb dort auch für mehr als 2 Tage liegen. Licht im Badezimmer defekt, Kühlschrank defekt. Lauter Streit im Nachbarzimmer der von den frühen Morgenstunden bis zur vollständigen Eskalation und Androhung von Polizei währte. Ein Hotelgast wurde von einem Mitreisenden schwer verletzt. Nie wieder.

Lovely hotel, our room was very clean. Staff always very nice and welcoming. A bonus was definitely the 24hr shop on the property, the free safe and free air con. The rooftop bar was a lovely area but a shame i never saw anyone use it. The only negative would be the shower, it was a great powerful one but it did flood the bathroom everytime i used it.

Would definitely stay here again, although it is a 10/15 min walk into the main street its a nice walk and the hotel is lovely and quiet.

The hotel is well designed and in a good location and the rooms were in very good condition and clean… the rest of he hotel felt like it needed some refreshing and a deep clean and repair. The pool area was a let down compared to other hotels and bars locally that all have a buzz and the windows and curtains (dead wasps caught and left) were very dirty in the restaurant. That may sound petty but around the edges this place needs work for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Les - : réceptionniste qui ne sait pas donner de conseils pour les transports publiques. Piscine vieillotte et très peu d’ombre autour pour se poser. Le matériel de piscine était usé et cassé par endroits. Les WC se sont bouchés deux fois. Nous nous sommes retrouvés sans eau un soir et avons du attendre le lendemain matin pour nous doucher. Aucun « do not disturb » sign dans la chambre du coup le ménage était fait tous les jours alors qu’on ne voulait pas. La salle de bain était salle par endroit et nous n’avions aucun savon/shampoing, nous avons du demander. La serrure de notre porte était en partie cassée et c’était dur de fermer à clé de l’intérieur. Une lampe ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. Aucune instruction n’a été donné pour le coffret fort qui contrairement aux autres hôtels ne fonctionne pas par défaut, il faut aller voir la réception pour qu’ils donnent une clé (pas top niveau discrétion) du coup nous étions inquiets pour nos affaires. Enfin, la terrasse extérieure était trop petite pour tous les guests.

We only stayed at Eagles Nest for one night, to use it as a base for looking around Lindos. The hotel was clean and a really pleasant place to stay. Staff were excellent and in similar circumstances, we would stay there again.

Lovely modern hotel, very clean, staff friendly and welcoming.
We stayed for 7 nights half board. The food was mediocre and ended up eating out most days. We would return to the hotel on a self catering basis.

Amazing staff. Quiet location on the edge of town. Private plunge pool the highlight of a very relaxed and comfortable stay.

We were looking for an affordable hotel in Pefkos. We didn’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of central Pefkos and The Eagles Nest was a perfect location, about a 10/15 minute walk into Pefkos. The rooms were basic but clean and tidy with housekeeping visiting everyday. We booked a swim up room, which was an absolute delight, especially being able to come back from a day out and relax in the comfort of our own room with access to our swim up pool. We had a room on the front of the hotel and we got sun all day. The staff were superb! All incredibly friendly and helpful. For breakfast you could have a continental or hot breakfast, there was a good choice on the buffet. We loved our stay at The Eagles Nest and we will definitely return.

Our stay at the Eagles Nest was amazing! The staff is what made it so special. All were super friendly and helpful. Armando and Michales at the pool bar always made sure the guest were having a great time. The two ladies at the reception were always very friendly and helpful. Of course the dining and cleaning staff were just as vital to the comfort of our stay.

The location is great because the hotel is not directly in the middle of the busier area in Pefkos which means more privacy. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk down one road to get to the main area.

Our room had a jacuzzi on the balcony which was great for the cooler nights. The room was basic but clean. The bathroom was very small and the shower outdated but very clean, we spent most of the time out or at the pool bar so the room serves its purpose. The only negative that bothered us was that in the morning we could hear everyone in the hallway. I’m not sure if the door and walls are just thin or the acoustics of the hotel but it was a frustrating not able to sleep in.

There was a buffet offered during breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was the usual continental/English breakfast and was pretty good. Dinner was sufficient if you didn’t feel like leaving the restaurant. I wish the hotel offered more local food choices on the dinner buffet.

There is an a la carte menu for the pool bar and there are some good choices. I had a very tasty gyro!

We will be back!! We miss the Nest already!

Location is amazing, hotel very cozy, staff very friendly and helpful but you definitely need a car to see around.
The only negative thing was the bad smell in the room.
