Pros:

Otel 2 aydır kapalı olmasına rağmen rezervasyon kabul eden hotels.com üstüne kartımdan parayı tahsil etmiştir ve iade için defalarca aramama rağmen ulaşamıyorum. Sakın bu siteden rezervasyon yaptırmayın.

Pros:

Otel kapalı. Otele benim gibi giderseniz mağdur olursunuz. Otel kapanmış hotels ikaz ettiğim halde neden satış yapılıyor anlamıyorum.

Pros:

Geceyarısi ulastığımız otelin kapisi kilitli, kapısında dev branda asılı, sahibinden satlık diye. Ustelik ücreti kredi kartından alınmistı ve 3 gün gecmesine rağmen hala iade edilmedi. Hotels.com berbatsın

Good comfortable hotel but need sign language.
Pros:

It was good , only issue faced was communication with staff as they don't English very well thus translate it to funny meanings.
