Pros:

We have stayed a few times on our way to Paxos and we noticed that the hotel had been refurbished so the room were really very nice. Staff were lovely, breakfast excellent and the pool area is great. Great location for portadown airport.

Not worth the money.
Pros:

The reception lady was lovely. Very calm, very smiley and very helpful.
The room was ok, the beds were nice.
The evening dinner was delicious. The staff were lovely.

Cons:

A kettle in the room to actual have boiling water for a drink and Complimentary water, seeing as the water in the tap is not safe to drink would have improved my experience.
The breakfast was poor. The eggs were dried out and not freshly prepared. The choice of pastries was limited. It was a cheap buffet for the price of the night.

Pros:

Tout était parfait ! Le petit déjeuner excellent et inclus, un balcon avec moustiquaires ce qui permet de laisser la baie vitrée ouverte. Le choix entre le ventilo plafonnier et la clim. Le parking inclus un vrai plus. Salle fitness, piscine avec un espace détente

Amazing hotel
Pros:

We stayed for 5 nights and it was the best hotel we have stayed at, rooms spotless and have everything you want etc, breakfast amazing to suit all! Outside area was lovely, staff were all amazing and helpful. In particular the barman was incredible and we loved him!!

Not a great experience and very disappointed with booking.com for overselling this property. Definitely got ripped off.
Pros:

The accomodation didn’t live up to the expectations that was stated on booking.com. It was very disappointing and would not recommend this hotel.

Cons:

It stated it was close to town but in fact it was a 30 min walk. Taxis were expensive. Lack of public transport. Coffee machine broke down. Lack of kettle in room to make tea.
Lack of towels for the pool.
Position was terrible.
Booking.com oversold and overstated the property. Definitely not worth the price paid for it. Very disappointed.

Lovely staff and hotel but a few disappointing aspects

Every member of staff were outstanding. They are helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

Cons:

I booked a spa treatment which was the most expensive offered. I was expecting a relaxing treatment with lovely producs used to enhance the treatment. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Towel I was asked to lie on was damp. One cream for all over the body and face Did not have a luxurious feel at all give the price tag. Very basic and not worth the price.

Also, advertised that they have a gym! Equipment did mot work, just a few hand weights. Shouldn't advertised that you have a spa or gym as not upto standard. Sorry!

I would have given a higher rating, but I am leaving one star due to a serious issue with billing and how it was handled.

I was charged without a clear explanation for purchases that actually belonged to a previous guest. When I received the receipt, I immediately informed them that these charges were not mine. I had assumed I was only paying for my stay.

They then asked me to provide all my card details via email, including the CVV number of the card, in order to process a refund. I refused, as sending full card details by email is a significant security risk.

After that, I never heard back from them again, and I ended up losing over €60 because of this situation.

Charming and comfortable oasis in Corfu Town.
Pros:

Clean, well maintained and comfortable property. Front desk staff were outstanding - friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Cons:

Location was a little removed from town centre, but taxis were easy and inexpensive.

Wonderful option if you have a car and don't want to drive into Corfu center for a hotel. Modern.
Pros:

We liked the location near the port...we had a car and didn't want to drive in Corfu center for a hotel. The walk to center was only 20 minutes, but the first part was along a busy road (which was ok). Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Parking was a bonus. We didn't use the pool (too chilly), but it and the pool deck were beautiful. Very good breakfast. Wonderful staff always smiling and helpful.

Not worth the price, good food and service.

Great service. Food was good (breakfast and dinner)

Cons:

Bed was very uncomfortable. Super soft (fell in the middle). Room was tiny. Didnt even give a bottle of water. Room was Hot and stuffy. Aircon was very loud. Room felt very dated. For the price I expected a lot more.
