Tutto perfetto
Pros:

L' hotel e' a 5 minuti a piedi dalla strada principale.Pulito e accogliente.Sono stata accolta alla reception dalla signora Sylvia che mi ha aiutato tantissimo con una soluzione per parcheggiare la macchina.Inoltre ha usato tanto tempo per farmi vedere sulla cartina le attrazioni della citta'. E' stata gentilissima. Cosi' come la signora addetta alle colazioni.Dovendo partire prestissimo di mattina ,dietro mia richiesta, mi hanno fatto trovare un sacchetto con la colazione .All' ingresso ci si po' servire con acqua fresca da un distributore per riempire la propria bottiglia.

Cons:

Purtroppo non c'e' praticamente parcheggio.Parecchio rumoroso se non si tiene la porta finestra chiusa , l' hotel e' collocato su una strada molto trafficata.

Le papier toilette n’est pas trop accessible si on est assis sur la cuvette wc et là porte de la douche n’est pas hermétique.

Pros:

Deux nuits en juillet. Chambre au quatrième étage. Hotel confortable, agréable et idéalement placé entre le fort vénitien et le centre-ville touristique. Accueil très agréable.

Cons:

La promesse de parking vendue au moment de la réservation n'a pas été honorée. Obligés de payer un parking pour les deux jours ! A un prix non négligeable : 36 euros qui, évidemment, se rajoutent au prix de l'hébergement.

Un très bon hôtel pour un séjour à Héraklion !
Pros:

Établissement très bien situé dans Héraklion à proximité de la mer et des commerces / restaurants.
Personnel très agréable et accueillant !

Cons:

Fuites au niveau du bac à douche, manque de prises dans la chambre
