deux fois nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel et à chaque fois nous fumes ravis
Pros:

un accueil d'abord pour aider au stationnement, puis les conseils de restaurants (excellents ) et la gentillesse du staff qui fait un effort pour parler le Français...enfin d'humour et de la vraie gentillesse, un bon petit déjeuner...une chambre au troisième étage qui donne sur la mer ,le port et la citadelle. Avec un coucher de soleil ..romantique à souhait

Directeur de l'hôtel trés sympathique, réceptionnistes au top ! ainsi que tout le personnel, ils ont tous le sourire et se plient en deux pour vous contenter.
Hôtel très propre. Cela sent bon. Ménage dans la chambre et changement de draps et serviettes tous les jours.
Hôtel très bien situé prés des rues piétonnes , très belle vue sur la mer. Hôtel très calme.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Frühstück lecker. Es gab eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer und in der Lobby konnte man sich Wasser nachfüllen. Zentral gelegen, direkt am Hafen.

Well-located hotel in Heraklion
Pros:

Very nice staff, hotel is very close to city center and the seaside. 12 min walking from bus stop, to go to the airport or archeological sites. Restaurants are everywhere around!

Room was nice but basic, but honestly it’s good quality / price
