Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, man ist zügig im Bereich der Innenstadt, das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich. Sauna und Poolbereich sind sehr schön, hat alles gepasst. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und hatte einen tollen Balkon mit Blick zur orthodoxen Kirche...

Es gibt einen Parkplatz, das ist prinzipiell sehr erfreulich. Es ist aber so, dass man in zwei Reihen hintereinander steht und wenn man das Auto zwischen An- und Abreise benötigt, könnte es ggf. schwierig werden. Der nette Herr an der Rezeption hat das für uns dankenswerterweise organisiert, zwei weitere Fahrzeuge mussten dafür ausparken. Da es platztechnisch nicht anders geht, was ich einsehe, würde es sich vielleicht empfehlen, dass man am Empfang die Autoschlüssel hinterlegt. So kann das Personal zur Not alles umschachteln. Wir konnten letztlich zum Glück einen Ausflug nach Loket machen...

Cons:

Wir hatten leider das Pech einer Hochzeit im Hotel, was sehr lange sehr laut war. Aber das war wir gesagt einfach Pech...

Отличное расположение, вкусно в ресторане, гостеприимный персонал

Cons:

Мебель и техника устаревшая для 2026, отель не стоит своих денег (150 евро за ночь) Телевизор меленький, мебель пахнет стариной, душ плохой, кондиционера нет (на улице было +30), что для 4* в 2026 году это недопустимо.

Кроме того, во время нашего присутствия, в отеле проводилась свадьба с громкой музыкой и криками пьяных гостей - никого уважения к другим посетителям отеля. Очень громкая музыка на улице под окнами была включена до 2-3 ночи, что мешало спать. А из-за отсутствия кондиционера не получилось закрыть окна, было очень душно

Pros:

Beautiful view overlooking the church. Cozy spa.

Cons:

The room was not very clean when we checked in. We were told there was live music but when showing up that day it was apparently cancelled due to a wedding, that was also very loud. Sauna is only open from 17:00.

Es war ein unvergessliche Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Halbpension: Frühstück (Büfett mit riesigen, leckeren, frischen Angebot) und Abendessen (4 Gänge mit Auswahl aus 3 Gerichten!)
Mitarbeiter überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit! Sehr bemerkenswert!
Schwimmbecken ist ein Genus gewesen.
Es war nichts zu bemängeln.

Przyjemny, ale ma duże pole do rozwoju.
Pros:

Balkony dostępne do posiedzenia dla gości.
Widok był bardzo ładny.
Łazienka i pokój były czyste.
Łóżeczko dziecięce było w pokoju bez proszenia
Codziennie uzupełniana woda w butelkach w pokoju.

Cons:

Istotne dla tej recenzji jest to, że podróżowaliśmy z niemowlakiem.
Stare okna - typowe dla wielu hoteli w Czechach, ale tu gdy hotel jest obok cerkwii, było bardzo głośno w niedzielę (dzwony). Przy zamkniętych oknach było duszno - brak klimatyzacji. Dodatkowo w trakcie naszego pobytu w restauracji hotelowej odbywała się głośna impreza, która skończyła się po 23:00.
Bardzo wyraźnie słyszalne dźwięki z innych pokoi, a szczególnie łazienek i rur.
Śniadanie poniżej poziomu 4* hotelu; smaczne, ale wybór niewielki (szczególnie w zakresie dań na ciepło).
Dość zimna woda w basenie.
Parking jest bardzo mały i jeśli ktoś planuje się często ruszać samochodem to trzeba trafić na dobre miejsce.
Informacja dla tych, którym bliski jest temat wojny w Ukrainie; trzeba mieć na uwadze że w okolicy hotelu dużo osób mówi po rosyjsku.

Wir hatten uns auf die vielen sehr guten Bewertungen verlassen und wurden enttäuscht
Pros:

Frühstück war reichhaltig, gut und auch das Personal (leider nur beim Frühstücksbuffet) sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Lage des Hotels perfekt für Ausflüge in die Innenstadt und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Alle Bereiche des Hotels waren sehr sauber.

Cons:

Beim Abendessen gibt es noch viel Luft nach oben. Sowohl bei den Speisen als auch beim Service. Die Gänge wurden wortlos auf den Tisch gestellt und die leeren Gläser einfach ignoriert. Wir hätten gerne noch das eine oder andere Getränk bestellt. Trotz zugesicherten Parkplatz mussten wir unser Auto an einem "Partnerhotel" parken. Da sich dort eine Baustelle befand, stand unserer Auto zwischen den Baufahrzeugen. Die Matratzen waren leider extrem weich bzw. "durchgelegen".
