Hotel fijn maar een aantal medewerkers zeer onvriendelijk

Locatie is top en hygiënisch hotel en heel mooi hotel en schoonmakers zeer vriendelijk en vooral teamleider van de schoonmakers zeer vriendelijk.

Cons:

Personeel aan receptie Zafer, Dilara en Bahar verschrikkelijk brutaal. Ze groeten je niet en zijn zeer onvriendelijk. Als je ze een vraag stelt doen ze zeer onaangenaam. Vaker verbleven hier en vaker met deze drie personeelsleden meegemaakt.

Bedgoed was de eerste dag niet schoon zat een rond vlek van ongeveer 20 centimeter onder de hoeslaken, dit werd wel gelijk opgenomen na ik het had aangekaart

Great stay ahead of our flight from Kayseri airport.
Pros:

Great location in Kayseri and very close to the airport. Spacious, quiet room with comfy beds and good quality products. We had room service, which was good. Staff were very helpful and courteous.

Cons:

The pasta dishes we ordered from room service were too salty.

Superb swimming pool with beautiful views of snow capped mountains..

Cons:

Floor in the spa, swimming pool is very slippery. My sister in law and I slipped a few times. The surface needs to have more gripp. The bathrooms need more toilet paper.
