Das Personal war sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere die Bellboys, die zu jederzeit verfügbar waren. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut Ausgestattet und sauber.

Cons:

Nicht ausreichende Parkplätze. Und das Frauenpersonal (Rezeption) kann sich eine Scheibe von den Männern abschneiden. Zu arrogant.

Pros:

Ik kom al jaren met veel plezier naar het Radisson en heb hier altijd fijne ervaringen gehad. Juist daarom kwam deze ervaring voor mij totaal onverwacht. Dit hotel heeft voor mij altijd een goede reputatie gehad.

Gelukkig doet deze ene negatieve ervaring niets af aan alle mooie herinneringen die wij hier door de jaren heen hebben opgebouwd. Daarom zal dit mij er ook niet van weerhouden om terug te komen. Ik hoop wel dat het management deze feedback serieus neemt en ervoor zorgt dat iedere gast dezelfde gastvrije ontvangst krijgt die wij in het verleden altijd hebben ervaren.

Ik kijk ernaar uit om bij een volgend verblijf weer de service te mogen ervaren waar Radisson om bekendstaat.

Cons:

De medewerker bij de receptie en ook de bellboy waren bijzonder onbeschoft, respectloos en niet gastvrij. Vanaf het moment van aankomst voelden wij ons niet welkom. Er werd op een onvriendelijke manier met ons gecommuniceerd en er was weinig bereidheid om mee te denken of te helpen. Voor een hotel van deze klasse hadden wij een veel professionelere en klantvriendelijkere benadering verwacht.

Все отлично! Останавливались в номере на высоком этаже в бизнес люксе, откуда отличный вид на горы и крепость. Есть спа, бассейн. Вкусный завтрак! В соседнем здании торговый центр.
