Al ser un hotel familiar, el descanso y la tranquilidad no están garantizados - lógicamente - por la cantidad de niños que hay. Pero esto se sabe de antemano, así que se puede elegir.
Contratamos una habitación concept en el ala signature, con vistas al lago y a las sierras; nos dieron una de esa categoría, pero la vista era a la estructura de la piscina. Es decir, no solo no había vistas sino tampoco privacidad y tranquilidad. Nos mudamos a otra de menor categoría en el ala cerro, pero sin ese inconveniente. Nos dieron la cena de cortesía. Agradecemos la intervención de la supervisora Rosa, que hizo todo lo que estuvo a su alcance para paliar la situación. Consideramos que todas las habitaciones que dan a la pileta no deberían venderse como con vistas, ya que no la tienen. Ojo si contratan esta opción. Adjunto fotografía tomada desde el "balcón" de la habitación.

El hotel tiene dos secciones de alojamiento una más nueva, las instalaciones están bien conservadas en general, cuenta con pileta climatizada y saunas.
El espacio para niños es un acierto así como el restaurante.

El personal fue muy atento. La isla con el café de cortesía es muy bueno. Los precios del restaurante son accesibles.

La limpieza dejo mucho que desear. Deberían mejorar el servicio si uno decide quedarse a almorzar luego del check out. Me escoltó una moza para asegurar que pague inmediatamente en la recepción que es el único lugar habilitado de pago. Me pareció un poco grotesco. Tome un masaje y no había cambiador. Me tuve que literalmente desvestir frente a la masajista. Un bombo aunque sea para dividir y dar más intimidad . Recomiendo que la señora de los masajes de mejores instrucciones. Tuve que preguntar todo.Recomiendo mejorar la señalética del lugar. Yo me perdí al principio y muchos huéspedes que llegaban estaban desorientados. El gimnasio muy pequeño.

Muy buen servicio aunque es un poco costoso el precio

El servicio y la infraestructura en general son muy buenas y están bien mantenidas. Pero el precio del servicio es bastante alto considerando la ubicación del hotel (está algo distante del centro). Creo que por el valor o tarifa que se cobra en este hotel, los pasillos y las habitaciones deberían estar alfombradas para llegar a la categoría que se publicita
