Dispappinting not relaxing

Full of screaming kids and no space at the pool - we had a room that was open to the pool so no privacy and lots of noise - not relaxing for 2 adults to have people looking into your room and kids running about your patio

Creo que por ese precio, podría tener al menos sectores infantiles en áreas comunes diferenciados

Mucho ruido de niños a toda hora y en todo lugar, no tiene áreas específicas y las pocas que tiene no son tenidas en cuentas por los padres, ni hechas respetar por el hotel

Beautiful hotel, with different amenities that made our stay more special.

El precio es de un alojamiento de lujo y no lo ofrece. Ni en las instalaciones ni en las habitaciones

Las pileta tiene mucho cemento y muy poca sombra. El hotel del casco tiene mejores instalaciones, verde y lóbby con sillones que Panorama no tiene

Es la 5ta vez que venimos a este hotel y siempre para la misma fechas (fiestas) hicimos la reserva por booking por que el sistema de recepción por WhatsApp demora horas en contestarte . En esta ocasión el hotel me parece que cambió un poco el formato , nosotros siempre nos gustaba por su tranquilidad ya que se encuentra alejado del centro pero nos encontramos con muchas familias con niños , lo cual esa “tranquilidad” o relax que uno quiere ya no se encuentra. Amamos los niños y me parece una muy buena opción si vienen con familia pero no si quieren venir a desconectar. El personal es muy amable sólo sacando la Mucama que toda la mañana estuvo mandando audios de WhatsApp pegada a nuestra puerta . Deberían de ver el uso compartido de las instalaciones tanto de este hotel como de pinares del cerro ya que la pile es de tamaño pequeño y a alborotarse tanta gente en una sola pileta no se puede disfrutar . Buscaremos otra opción.
