Confort y tranquilidad .
Pros:

El hotel es demasiado cómodo, muy bien ubicado y cerca de la playa, sus habitaciones son cómodas limpias, el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Lo que les recomiendo Mejorar es el horario del desayuno demasiado temprano eso impide que varios huéspedes descansen porq tendríamos que madrugar a desayunar,y solo 1 hora y media , eso limita la comodidad.

Good location and strong AC in our room. Staff was friendly

Cons:

There were no toiletries provided, only one very small bar of soap, which was not replaced during our five-day stay. We were informed that towels are changed every two days, so when we requested a change (since it was already on the first day), it did not happen. Breakfast was decent in quality, but the portions were quite small, and the serving time was limited to 7:00–8:30 am, which felt rather short and inconvenient. The room was small, and the bathroom door could not be locked.
All in all, I expected more in value
