Pros:

La ubicación muy buena, un sector tranquilo, las habitaciones comodas y amplias, nos sentimos muy a gusto. Volveríamos.

Cons:

No pudimos desayunar el primer día porque había un evento y no nos comunicaron. Lo resolvieron subiendonos el desayuno a la habitación, delicioso.

The staff made up for the old not well maintained building.
Pros:

The location is OK.
Staff is very friendly.

Rooms: Very small.
Lobby: expected something better.
Very old building, not value for money.
Wouldnt stay here again as can get much better hotel in same area at same or better prc.
I chose this hotel bcos said "FOUR POINTS SHERATON" and expected a Sheraton (Obviously) ,but it didnt meet the expectations.
Breakfast: The pancakes were Ice-cold, asked the attendant if can get fresh hot pancakes. She suggested I put them in the toaster and heat them! 😂

Pros:

Me disgusto profundamente todo el servicio de desayuno y restaurante...es muy malo y la cocina es pesima.El Personal es algo mejor que eso.

Cons:

Lo dicho.Las habitaciones y vaño son correctas y no tienen ruido de la calle.

Decor of room.comfy bed. Breakfast.

Cons:

Calcium deposit in shower. Mini bar not part of fee for room.small room. O had to move chair at desk to get to curtains,that was dificutly so climb over bed to get to window.

Nada negativo q decir . Este hotel fué muy bueno mi grupo lo amó… limpio , cama cómoda , desayuno bueno y variado , buen servicio de personal y mucha seguridad , no escuché ruido . Todo fue súper . Volvería ..

Cons:

Solo diría q pongan mas agua para el huésped tomar en la habitación ya q solo ponen una diario . Pero nada más .
