Personal amable, es lo unico a destacar.

Cons:

La comida mala y regular, desayuno muy malo, la comida de room service malisima, pasta sin sabor, carne durisima, desayuno malo, mencionan vistas en la habitación no hay ninguna vista. Solo hay 7 pisos, pagamos mas para estar mas alto y al final a la mitad del grupo les toco en el segundo piso, la vista es a un edificio medio terminar. Las cortinas filtraban luz, el aire no funciona

Pros:

la cercania respecto a mis puntos de trabajo. la limpieza. la atención en general de todo el personal. Ademas el servicio de desayuno cumple las expectativas.

Cons:

mi experiencia en el restaurante no fue muy buena. estuve 10 minutos sin que nadie se acercara a mi mesa, tuve que pedir la carta. Ademas cuando la moza me trajo la comida me dejo el plato de mala manera y no me dio cubiertos. los tuve que sacar de otra mesa.

Four Points by Sheraton Bogotá Review After some time away, I returned to this property and was reminded why it’s such a standout. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally comfortable, and kept spotless thanks to the attentive housekeeping team. The restaurant and front office staff deliver the same high standard of service, making the entire stay feel effortless and welcoming.
I booked my stay using Marriott points gifted by my brother, and it was an excellent choice. I’ll definitely be returning soon.
