Fabuloso
Pros:

Nada negativo q decir . Este hotel fué muy bueno mi grupo lo amó… limpio , cama cómoda , desayuno bueno y variado , buen servicio de personal y mucha seguridad , no escuché ruido . Todo fue súper . Volvería ..

Cons:

Solo diría q pongan mas agua para el huésped tomar en la habitación ya q solo ponen una diario . Pero nada más .

The staff cannot be better, helping you in all possible needs.

Cons:

The air conditioning is locked to 17 degrees Celsius, Bogotá's temperatura is nice, but in certain moments you need it lower.

Pros:

Personal amable, es lo unico a destacar.

Cons:

La comida mala y regular, desayuno muy malo, la comida de room service malisima, pasta sin sabor, carne durisima, desayuno malo, mencionan vistas en la habitación no hay ninguna vista. Solo hay 7 pisos, pagamos mas para estar mas alto y al final a la mitad del grupo les toco en el segundo piso, la vista es a un edificio medio terminar. Las cortinas filtraban luz, el aire no funciona

I really liked the friendly staff. I was also satisfied with the cleanliness. The breakfast selection is very large, so everyone can find something for themselves.
