We had a wonderful and enjoyed our stay, will definitely book again.
Pros:

Everything went well, start at the location , it's in the centre, so everything is walkable, unless you want to go further up in the mountain you need to take the bus which was always on time and drivers are very friendly. The room , at first I was like ,oh there's no air condition, which was a down fall during the day as the weather was hot as it's summer time anyway, but during the night , I was worried I would not be able to sleep, but surprisingly enough, all of us had a very good sleep with only a fan on, as the temp. goes down during the night. The room lighting is a little bit too bright even the one on the side table, probably is one thing I would like to have during the night is a dimmer light. The breakfast, it depends on what you like, but for me and my family we enjoyed it, lots of healthy options, you can even make your sandwich to go when you you're out and about. We did not get to have our breakfast on our last day as we have to go very early, so the owner made sure for us to have a breakfast to go ,for us to take, which was so thoughtful of him. From the time of booking till the end of our 4 days holiday, The staff of Glasererhaus have been very accommodating and helpful, from the owner Hans and wife, the staff, particularly Angelika, whom I've bothered with lots of questions prior to our holiday ,helped me all the way, Hans the owner, made sure that we enjoyed our stay by telling us all the activities we can attend and see in the centre, how to go from one place to another, and made sure we have our food to go on our last day, he even messaged me not to forget to collect the food. All the staff at Glasererhaus were lovely and very friendly , particularly Ate Nancy who prepared our food to go, woke up early to prepared our food. We would definitely recommend the hotel to our friends and family, one of the best place we've ever been.

Cons:

I think it's just the side table light, it's kind of too bright and some tea, coffee and kettle in the room ,everything else are good.

Dober zajtrk, prijazno osebje in tudi lokacija je top, saj si dejansko sredi mesta in blizu jezera.

Vse je bilo OK, morda označenost hotela je nekoliko slaba oziroma se sprva mimo odpelješ....

Boa localização, quarto e banheiro razoáveis, bom café da manhã.

Localização boa, café da manhã muito bom e facilidade com o estacionamento ao lado do hotel.

Cons:

Não tinha elevador, tivemos que subir tres lances de escada com as malas.
