Pros:

Alles in allem gut, wenn man sich auf das all inclusive einlässt. Wir waren, da mit Hund angereist. In den Bungalows. Die waren ok, aber von der Ausstattung etwas älter. Das Personal war durchgängig freundlich und nett. Das Buffet abwechslungsreich und für die all- in Gäste gab es Gutscheine in den separaten Restaurants mit Essen ala carte. Das war sehr empfehlenswert! Toll ist auch der Strand und die Möglichkeiten des Wassersports. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Anlage, Busse fahren alle 12 Minuten Richtung Heraklion.

The pools were great! The store is wonderful and has all of the necessities and more. The beach is incredible as well! If you choose to go off and explore, there are rental cars and buses very near!
The staff is so kind and helpful. We really enjoyed how we were treated by the staff!
Things we think need to be improved:
Limited kids club hours and it’s not very exciting for children as they often stay in and colour/paint. But the staff is lovely.
The turnover in the dining room is slow and some food service is very inefficient. I do think this is partly due to people not knowing how to tidy up after themselves and/or grab more than they need.

Excellent séjour dans un établissement très propre et très fonctionnel, personnel souriant et accueillant, piscines proportionnées à la clientèle de l’hôtel, toboggans adaptés aux enfants de tout âge, équipe d’animation pleine d’énergie positive, sécurité aux normes, service 5 étoiles.

Super moment passé même pour très peu de jours.
L'équipe d'animation est vraiment super, petit clin d'œil à Mario et Andrea pour le stretching matinale.

Même l'équipe du bar le soir à l'hôtel.
Nous avons vraiment besoin de détente et de la joie.

Fantastiskt bra hotell med allt man kan tänkas behöva. Rekommenderar starkt att köpa all inclusive för bekvämlighetens skull få det är något du tjänar in fort om du stannar där någon/några dagar.

Rummet vi hade på plan 5 var stort och väldigt mysigt. Det var rent och fräscht på rummet.

Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma på plats. Vattenkokaren på rummet slutade att fungera och vi fick genast en ny. Vi frågade också om det gick att byta flaskan med det röda vinet vi fick mot vitt och det var heller inga problem.

Vi hade initialt enbart betalt för boende och frukost, men märkte foer att det lönade sig med all inclusive och frågor vi kunde uppgradera vilket inte var några konstigheter.

5/5, verkligen toppen!

The staff were great and doing their best, but the place is just rundown and not well-maintained. Our air conditioning unit wasn’t working so they moved us rooms and the second one wasn’t working very well either. The pool and pool bar area are wonderful and right on the beach, but they close at 6 PM- really don’t understand that when it’s one of the nicest aspects of the place. Our goal was to visit the Knossos palace and catch our morning ferry- if we had to do it again, we would stay in downtown Heracleon.

L’hôtel en lui-même et tous les services ont été parfait. Le petit. Négatif serait un peu les alentours et après il y a possibilité de prendre les transports publics qui en a bien suffisamment ou une location de voiture ou les prix sont intéressants. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel que j’ai trouvé très intéressant avec un personnel sympathique

Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und an vielen Ecken abgenutzt und renovierungsbedürftig.
Leider ist auch der Zugang zum Meer extrem steinig/felsig, so dass man nur schwer ins Meer kommt.

Direkt daneben, ist ein großes Kraftwerk, dass sehr gut sehen, hören und riechen kann (https://maps.app.goo.gl/YYkUb3WV2w48zBSG9?g_st=ic)

Es gibt so viele schöne Hotels auf dieser tollen Insel… Empfehlung: bucht euch in einem der anderen ein.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, das Essen und die Einrichtung wind schön. Unser Badezimmer ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommem und sah nicht mehr so schön aus. Das Kraftwerk hat teilweise (vor allem früh morgens) bei schlechten Wind arg gerochen und ein wenig das Bild zerstört

Pros:

Large site but split up into large areas and gardens to recline in private beach and guard a plus. North of islands is windy in September so large breakers. Food options good. Drinks and cocktails are all sweet tasting, head for pool bar and get a mojito from Chris’s alkways smiling happy and best not sweet mojito lovely lady.

Pros:

I got there around 10pm and there was absolutely no options for food available in or around the hotel. I was told I had to go searching on the dark main road for an option to eat. I finally found one roughly a mile down the dark road.
Also, the lobby looks up to date but the rooms are old. Very dated. Breakfast options were good.
