Llegó una amiga a verme al hotel ,y le dijeron que solo podía estar una hora en la habitación,
Y llamaron por tlf para que saliera ,me pareció muy mal por parte del hotel este hecho, que no se puedan recibir visitas y no lo informen ,

Que la habitación solicitada no estaba lista, fui a hacer mis cosas encargando mis maletas y cuando regrese aun seguían en el lobby y no la pasaron a mi habitación.

Сам отель хороший добротный, холы всех этажей очень понравились

Cons:

Из всех вариантов поселения я выбрала самый дорогой, полагая что в нем, как было заявлено в резервации, будет вид из окна. Но мало того, что на было никакого вида (окно вело во внутренний колодец паралепипедного строения отеля, практически без проникновения дневного света), так с меня взяли еще и на 10 евро больше заявленной через Booking цены.
Ванная комната также на соответствовала заявленной в резерве. Вода из душевой распространяется по территории всей ванны и чтоб она не вытекала в номер, пришлось стелить полотенце в пороге.
Завтрак был очень плохо обслуживаемым. Еду, вилки, кофе и ладе тарелки обновляли очень медленно, а людей много, приходилось ждать по 20-30 мин то, когда принесут яйца, то тарелку, просто не было чем есть, вилки тоже очень долго несли. Еды всем посетителям не хватало постоянно, и многие люди ругались на персонал из-за такого плохого сервиса

Siempre que voy a Lima me hospedo ahi.

Que el hotel tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y el confort de la habitación

Cons:

Las ventanas de los baños, y la comida del hotel puede mejorar faltó sabor, también las opciones de desayuno dejan por fuera a personas con intolerancia a la lactosa, gluten, y frutos secos. Falta mas variedad en los desayunos.
