Las instalaciones.

Cons:

Que el hotel maneja un tipo de cambio realmente exagerado para el tipo de cambio del país, y que lo aplica pese a que Booking ha realizado ya una cotización con el tipo de cambio real. Me parece excesivo que me hayan cobrado casi 100 soles más, solo por el "tipo de cambio del local". Gracias

Falta atencion al sector desayunador y restaurante.

La comodidad y cercanía de los lugares de interés turístico de Lima.

Cons:

La habitación del 7mo piso era un ruidosa pues quedaba justo debajo del restaurante, donde hubo un evento hasta tarde.

También, habían reducido mucho el tamaño del espacio para el desayuno, pues al parecer ahora lo arriendan para eventos privados. Creo que con esto el hotel pierde mucho en comodidad para los huéspedes que deseamos desayunar mas tranquilos en un espacio mas amplio.

Falta mas atención en renovar los alimentos del desayuno. Yo fui a las 9 am y tuve que ir a pedir que repusieran el café, la leche y otros alimentos. Debería haber alguien del personal que esté mas pendiente y seria ideal.
