La ubicación muy buena todo estaba al alcance, el lugar muy limpio y los desayunos buenos. Personal amable y muy atentos siempre dispuestos.

Cumplimiento de la palabra? Desorden administrativo.
Pros:

Buena ubicación, casa bonita, convenio de parqueadero, la actitud de servicio, amabilidad y empatía de dos personas que llevan trabajando años en el Hotel.

Cons:

Hicieron doble cobro por la estadía. Fue un proceso largo y desgastante lograr la devolución de la plata.
Enviaron varias facturas electrónicas, con datos erroneos. No ha sido posible tener la factura electrónica correcta.
La terraza que tiene una vista espectacular la tienen descuidada, sucia, dejada, sin mantenimiento. La podrían aprovechar mejor.
En recepción nos ofrecieron cambio de habitación para las tres últimas noches y eso no sucedió. Solo nos recomendaron para la próxima, hacer la reserva directamente para no tener dificultades con la habitación.
Ofrecieron tener algún detalle por el cumpleaños que estabamos celebrando, eso tampoco sucedió.

Just perfect
Pros:

Wir hatten die Suite für 7 Nächte gebucht. Service, Zimmer, Sauberkeit, Pool, Jacuzzi, Lokation .... alles war schlichtweg perfekt! Danke für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im wunderbaren Mompox.

Belle demeure au cœur d'une ville coup de cœur

Le cadre demeure coloniale décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Personnel charmant. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuse. Petit plus le jacuzzi sur le toit de l'hôtel. Piscine très agréable.

Cons:

La chambre étant spacieuse une petite table ou un petit bureau pourrait être rajouté ainsi qu'une chaise. A part le rocking chair on ne peut s'asseoir que sur le lit.
Des petits snacks ou boissons payantes pourraient être à disposition dans le frigidaire.
Petit déjeuner très correct mais pas d'option à part le choix de cuisson des œufs

Great value, location, staff, and breakfast.
Pros:

Very peaceful place. We had the deluxe double (king bed) with a balcony, which was spacious and superb. Great staff, breakfast, and a nice cooling-off pool. 3 stars!

Cons:

The ceiling fan in the room was too small and made a clicking noise. You cannot drink the water in this part of Colombia, so they should provide you with water to start, and filtered, drinkable water to refill your own water bottles.

This really is annoying, tiny bath toiletry bottles, what an environmental waste. They should have large bottles of body wash and shampoo in the bath. A shower at the pool would be nice.

Es un hotel muy lindo y limpio, con excelente ubicación y buena atención del personal, muy confortable ideal para un viaje en pareja o familiar, el desayuno completo, con zona húmeda agradable para refrescarte.
