Personale gentile e disponibile. Struttura immersa nel parco del Ticino. Prima colazione ben fornita. Navetta per aeroporto gratuita.

Nelle camere del residence l'aria condizionata è in basso quindi non raffredda la camera situata sul soppalco cose sale l'aria più calda

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta para desconectar y descansar. la piscina es grande y esta super limpia hay un bar para beber unos drinks y el desayuno incluido en la reserva muy bueno. El personal es muy amable incluso con los que solo hablamos español, la recogida sin costo al aeropuerto es un detalle que hace mucho.

Bon séjour d’une nuit.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était bon (très bon café). La navette gratuite pour l’aéroport est très pratique.

Für kurzen Aufenthalt oder Durchreise dennoch zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Unkomplizierter Check-In. Großer Pool mit guter Möglichkeit zum Schwimmen. Apartment mit kleiner eigen Terrasse. Zugang von dort aus direkt zum Pool. Restaurant vor Ort. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor Appartement.

Cons:

Etwas abseits gelegen. Essen eher durchschnittlich. Betten schon etwas durchgelegen.

Restaurantul foarte bun,piscina super.Transfer de la și către aeroport foarte ok.Transfer la și de la Arona ok.Patul confortabil.

Cons:

Cald în cameră.Noi am avut cameră triplă și patul era sus,acolo a fost foarte cald (era un ventilator),jos unde era canapeaua era ok.

Todo fue de nuestro agrado,el trato del personal en especial de una chica que nos trató en el restaurante,era albanesa,no recuerdo su nombre,la persona más amable y detallista que hemos visto jamás,una suerte tener a alguien así en su hotel .
El restaurante es totalmente recomendable su comida es de muy buena calidad.
El hotel y la piscina estupendos y para pasar un día entre conexión de vuelos fue muchísimo mejor de lo esperado.
