Gut gedacht ist nicht immer gut gemacht.

Das Abendessen war gut und auch recht günstig. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte tote Fliegenleichen an den Wänden. Das Gemäuer hatte Risse und es war alles schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Leider ließ auch die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig.Haare in den Schränken die nicht von uns waren. Die Einrichtung war sehr spartanisch. Nirgends war mal ein Bild oder ähnliches. Nur furchtbar bunte Wandfarbe.
Den TV konnten wir nicht nutzen, da es keinen einzigen deutschen Sender gab. Der Pool sollte auch mal wieder überarbeitet werden, überall war Schimmel und Lose Platten und wackelige Leitern. Da wollte man nicht schwimmen gehen.
Zum Frühstück gibt es leider auch nicht viel gutes zu sagen. Eiskaltes Rührei ist nun wirklich nicht lecker. Die Auswahl war auch nicht wirklich berauschend.
Alles in allem haben wir das beste daraus gemacht. Wir waren eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs.
Wir würden hier nicht nochmal buchen.Lieber etwas mehr investieren.

Clean, great service, very convenient shuttle.

Cons:

I got assigned a corner unit next to the road and it was a little noisy. Looked weird that the door appeared to have been broken. Good value for the money and very convenient shuttle service to catch an early flight from Malpensa. Would definitely use again if needed.

Pros:

Struttura scelta per vicinanza all'aeroporto e servizio navetta dedicato, gratuito fino alla mezzanotte, ma disponibile anche nelle ore notturne con pagamento del servizio. Ho trovato il servizio navetta organizzato in modo impeccabile ed eccellente la comunicazione con la reception, che mi ha permesso di arrivare in tranquillità in aeroporto da un volo internazione nelle ore notturne senza preoccuparmi di nulla. Pulizia della stanza e colazione inclusa hanno completato una esperienza da consigliare.

Not for me, but perfectly fine.
Pros:

Good location for our meeting. Diner looked good though sadly we did not eat there. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Very steep stairs that led to the bedroom! Banister was a little shaky. Rooms a bit dated. Breakfast was a little lacking in love!

De passage quelques heures avant de prendre l'avion à Milan, nous avons cependant eu le temps d'apprécier l'amabilité du personnel, le confort de la chambre, le service de navette pour l'aéroport. Tout nous a donné envie de revenir un jour.

C'è di meglio, molto meglio.

La gestione è per niente cortese, alle 9.30 la colazione era già scarsa, ho dovuto chiedere il prosciutto che era finito e quello che è arrivato era ghiacciato. Tutto freddo eccetto il bacon. Anche le uova sode erano freddissime. E uova strapazzate, già finite.
Materasso terribile, in tanti viaggi in giro per il mondo, per la prima volta mi è sembrato di dormire sui cartoni, e poi ho scoperto che usano degli asciugamani tra materasso e rete. La donna delle pulizie ti entra in camera, anche se gridi "chi è?" e ti chiede a che ora fai il check out, perché non c'è comunicazione tra il personale.
La conversazione via messaggio è stata cortese e professionale sino al pagamento automatico, poi risposte maleducate CON CARATTERI GRANDI a modi "grida" con un italiano a dir poco scandaloso! Il posto è davvero bello, peccato la gestione, chiaramente "stanca" di aver a che fare con le persone.
