Pros:

Prezzo ottimo. Servizio di navetta per l'aeroporto puntuale. Personale molto cortese. Possibilità di lasciare l'auto parcheggiata per tutta la durata della vacanza senza costi aggiuntivi. Camera molto spaziosa e silenziosa.

Cons:

Tutto perfetto. La camera ha un arredamento un pò datato.

Pros:

Casetta singola dove parcheggiare davanti la macchina. Silenzio e letto comodo. Ottimo il ristorante con porzioni veramente abbondanti

Cons:

Le scale per il soppalco con il letto un po' ripide. Colazione migliorabile.

Nous apprécions toujours notre pèlerinage dans la région des grands lacs du nord de l'Italie.
Pros:

Comme toujours, nous avons été accueillis plus en amis qu'en clients. Le personnel est très sympathique et au petit soins. La restauration est presque trop copieuse et de bonne qualité avec divers choix possible. Le petit déjeuné est varié et copieux. Les boissons au choix sont préparées sur place par un personnel attentionné et toujours souriant. Les chambres sont toujours bien entretenues par un personnel discret et efficace.

Large rooms, comfortable lounge and dining rooms. Great value for the stay.
Pros:

The room was large and comfortable. We enjoyed a pre-dinner drink in their lounge area, and a wonderful dinner in their restaurant. The shuttle ride is only 15 minutes from MXP. The breakfast was very good too.

Cons:

We couldn't get the thermostat to work - but we were able to open the doors to get the cool air in. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we will be back on future trips to MXP.

Pros:

I servizi offerti sono davvero comodi per chi deve partire da Malpensa: possibilità di lasciare la macchina nel loro park e navetta da/per l’aeroporto compresa nel prezzo della stanza! Colazione a buffet con scelta tra dolce e salato. Stanze ampie e comode, silenziose e con un piccolo patio esterno. La cena a prezzo fisso (20€ bevande escluse) composta da 1 primo a scelta tra 4, 1 secondo (sempre tra 4), contorno e dolce. Porzioni ottime e abbondanti….i molti operai/lavoratori che vi cenano sono sinonimo di garanzia!

Cons:

Nulla! Ma se proprio devo…i bagni delle stanze forse avrebbero bisogno di un ammodernamento.

Tutto. La struttura calda, ccoglientee pulita. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Noi avevamo un volo molto presto e ci hanno permesso di fare colazione prima dell'apertura. La navetta aeroportuale gratuita e veramente comodo. Non da meno un ristorante aperto a pranzo ed a cena. Lo consiglio vivamente

Pros:

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccezionale considerando tutti i servizi compresi nel prezzo: stanza con colazione varia dolce e salata, parcheggio gratuito per l’auto associato a navetta da e per l’aeroporto. Ampio range di orario check-in e out. Cena a prezzo fisso (20€) con scelta tra 4 primi, 4 secondi, contorno e dolce, bevande escluse. Porzioni abbondanti.Il fatto che sia pieno di operai/artigiani/lavoratori a mangiare la dice tutta!
Le stanze avrebbero bisogno di una “rinfrescata” ma sono ampie, comode, silenziose, dotate di ogni comfort compreso frigo e piccolo patio. Decisamente ci torneró ogni volta che dovró partire da MI Malpensa.

Cons:

Nulla! Se proprio devo dire qualcosa….un rimodernamento/ rinfrescata alle stanze.

Pros:

The hotel is ok. Its a motel really with a big house with rhe restaurant. Food was ok . Breafast ok.. Final room I got was ok

Cons:

Initially i got a room with a bed on a mezzanine with small step stairs difficult to climb. Had it changed to normal room. Fortunately available. Avoid mezzanine rooms.
They had a free shuttle service but organisation was chaotic. I had indicated timing at airport on arrival but had to wait 20min and then half way to hotel they sent the van back to pick up people. Result 45min travel. More or less same next day going to airoport.
Hotel is not close to airport. When i grumbled about transport schedule I was told it was free so ..

Trato increíble
Pros:

El transfer gratis, el estilo cabaña alpina y sobre todo el servicio y el trato. Llegue muy tarde al hotel y aún así me dieron de cenar, quedé encantado
