El traslado gratuito al aeropuerto.
La calefacción.

La habitación no era bonita, era como de los años sesenta y la cama de resortes muy incómoda me causó una contractura.

Very good value for money
Pros:

The room was very spacious and very clean. The free shuttle service to and from the airport is a real plus as the hotel is quite far from the airport. The room was comfortable overall and the environment was great to walk around in the morning with the mountains in the background. With its price tag and the service the room was very good value for money!

Cons:

The walls between the rooms can be a bit thin especially if people go back to their room late at night.

Pros:

Lasciare la macchina in parcheggio per lungo periodo all’aperto in ambito della struttura è comodo per la navetta all’aeroporto di Malpensa, ristorante molto grande con menu’ del giorno al costo di 20 euro e pietanze abbondanti

Camere della struttura un po’ datate con letto matrimoniale su soppalco avente scala in legno con notevole pendenza

Friendly, clean and excellent customer experience.
Pros:

I stayed there with my son for a few nights , as earlier we stayed in the central of milan and saw the football match ( inter v Arsenal). I recommend this hotel , so clean, lovely restaurant. It is out of the way but they do provide a shuttle service to take and collect you. Very friendly staff and really helpful. Even the owners are so humble and friendly, reception staff and breakfast staff are so friendly and helpful. Lorena could not do enough for you. If you go to this hotel, you won't be disappointed. They have their residence cat, so friendly and cute 😍.
