Great experience overall, just a bit dirty in the rooms. Staff was very friendly.
Pros:

Close to gas station and nice views of the mountains. Quiet location and felt safe.

Cons:

Had to travel on a very busy highway to get to events or downtown Chattanooga.

It's what I expected from a La Quinta, but wasn't worth the money we were trying to save.
Pros:

Location was good, the gas station across the street was nice. Good recommendation for Odell's pizza and deli.

Cons:

The staff at the front desk didn't know I had booked two rooms so when she finished checking me in, I had to ask about the other room and it took twice as long. The toilet seat is 12 inches off the ground, so it's hard to get up from being young and healthy but for the my older aunt it was difficult and for my mother who just had hip surgery, it was damn near impossible to get herself up. I requested that one of the rooms be located by the elevator because my mom recently had surgery and has limited mobility. They gave us the room farthest from the elevator. The breakfast wasn't good. The room had no remote and when we went down to get one, staff gave me a broken down one that barely worked. I knew La Quinta's weren't good but my mother insisted, but with trying to save money, we tried it. Big mistake, won't be booking again.

Only one elevator for the whole building for guest and staff. Wait in line at your floor at elevator while the maids and their carts took up the whole elevator.

Perfect location - - clean and kind!
Pros:

The body wash bottle in the shower was empty. Other than that - the hotel was clean, breakfast was standard, warm and appreciated, staff was friendly, my grandson appreciated the pool, the beds were comfortable and the proximity to everything we wanted to see was perfect. Oh, AND the staff came out to the parking lot after we cleared out of our room and caught me before we left, I had left my prescription sunglasses in the room! That was very much appreciated!
