Very high marks for how clean the rooms and common areas are. Beds, sheets, general room comfort are Great.
Staff & Service
The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel team goes out of their way to accommodate needs.

Good Location
It’s in a safe, upscale part of Bogotá (Chicó / Chapinero / near the World Trade Center / Parque 93) with easy access to restaurants, commerce, etc.

Breakfast & Food
Breakfast: variety, freshness, decent restaurant food. Dining on site is appreciated.

Spacious Rooms / Luxury Feel
Suites are large, often with apartment-style features, which many guests like. There’s a sense of luxury in decor and amenities.

Carolina, Hector, Romain, Ernesto, Luis they go above and beyond in service, very accommodating.
Will come back for sure!!

I have to say the hotel was really nice, the stuff was friendly and courteous, however there was a terrible situation that I did not appreciate at all. For the first 2 mornings I would come down to the lobby and ask the restaurant stuff if I could get some coffee to take up to my room, and one very nice lady offer a cup of coffee, which I offer to pay immediately, and charge to my room, at which point she replied not worry and that it was courtesy of house, the second day another lady did the same, but the third morning a new guy “Mauricio” said that I had to pay for it, which I was ok with it, but did ask why today I had to pay for it, while
The other days I did not, and which point he replied that “THERE WAS NO WAY I COULD HAVE GOTTEN THE FREE COFFEE SINCE HE IS THE ONLY SERVING THE COFFEE IN THE MORNINGS” Obviously, this was a lie, and to my face saying tha, knowing that for the first two days it was the nice ladies, serving and giving the coffee. It is not about the money at all, but being lied to my face by the stuff, is just a terrible perception of the place, and when checking out - After I paid the coffee and a bottle of water from the room, I mentioned to the counter, which did not seem to care much, and even told him to please check the cámaras to see when the lady provided the coffee. Very sad and terrible reputation for the place.

The room was lovely but some of the elements disappointed and reduced my rating. The soap dispenser was broken and it took 3 complaints to get it fixed. The gym had a water cooler but no water and the spin bike no battery for tracking. No water was provided in the room a couple of complimentary bottles would not go amiss. The breakfast was nice as was the restaurant food and the staff were very nice.

The staff for the hotel and restaurant are great. The hotel is clean and has great presentation. The beds are HARD, there is no ventilation in the restrooms and no AC

Loved our stay. Luis is wonderful and all the staff treats you like family. Beds are comfortable, water with good pressure and nice towels.

The brakefast was excellent and the staff at brakefast was the best ever. The hotel is so well situated! A few steps from a bank, mall Andino, Andres DC restaurant, more restaurants and stores Park 93 with many more restaurants all walking distance. Very safe neighborhood with guard at several places, even if it’s walking distance from all of this it’s in the middle of a very quiet residential upper scale place. We went with our kids and were delighted by this hotel. Will definitely go back!

Nada Luxury. El apartamento es amplio y lindo, pero muy básico. Se siente frío porque no tiene decorativos, solo te dan 2 vasos, 2 platos, nada equipado para cocinar.. decidimos por comer fuera. El servicio es igual muy seco, nada de un hotel de categoría. Adicional los shampoos son básicos, y el mini bar es un robo. Te cobran 7 USD por una botella de agua de 1 litro, es un abuso.

We especially liked the outdoor dining space, Cornelia Restaurant, with its amazing breakfasts and relaxing lunches. The concierge services were always available to answer questions and give excellent advice

Parking is difficult and limited. Breakfast was nice. No air conditioning controls nor ventilation fan in bathroom (or perhaps it was broken).

Me gusto mucho, todo limpio, la atención muy buena, lo único es que no tenía aire acondicionado.
