Rooms are bigger
Floors very dirty even after room make up. Our car park was taken away people even after telling security we should have a car park assigned to our room no matter what time of the day we come in. Security response was very disappointing he said its first come first serve and we can go park near the main road. This is wrong…once you paid, a car park should be allocated to each rooms.
Location was great, rooms were adequate
People sitting and smoking outside our room
Would have been easy to have a breakfast buffet rather than bring in breakfasts from outside the hotel - then we could choose what we wanted

Your policy? You cant refund after your booking , and also you not allow us to wait inside the place for our ride even we have a 84 old mom, very disrespectful.
Staff and location of facilities.
The smokers. Ban them too the end of the road. 🤣
Staff were really friendly. Accomodation was very central. There was a supermarket just around the corner and the fruit market just across the road.
Cigarette smoke was constantly coming into my room. Wifi didn't work.
I didn't like that there was no wifi for the establishment and that everytime we would come back to the room the car park was flooded with water
Staff were excellent, breakfast was good, location was good, bed comfy and air conditioning worked well
The bathroom in particular needs a renovation, and the room was in a hallway that was not very sound proof
