Este hotel hizo sobreventa y tranquilamente a los huéspedes les decían en recepción que no tenían reserva, que en el sistema de ellos no aparecía y en aproximadamente una hora que estuvimos esperando a ver si nos daban solución, confirmamos que lo hicieron con otras personas dandoles diferentes argumentos... finalmente nos toco ir a buscar alojamiento en otro hotel.

Noisy, no lifts
Staff were great. But my room was never cleaned. Had to ask every single day for towels and toilet paper.

This Hotel is one step above a Hostel. I walked out and found a better place to stay. They made you sign an inventory that's in the refrigerator the room had no towels to take a shower and had plastic chairs to sit on in your room and a fan because the air conditioner was inoperable.
Photos and manager are lying to you. Stay away. While the lobby looks very nice the rooms have not been upgraded or painted since before Escobar was born. Sheets were stained and worn and torn. Bed was like a rock. The walls were dirty and there was a big hole exposing plumbing pipes. Clearly management did not care. I paid for two nights and promptly left and they refused to refund me any money . There are many superior choices nearby.

It was good except there were was some unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom that I could not figure out what it was
I really enjoyed my stay ,free breakfast,clean room.They put new sheets on the bed for me !I really hated to leave this place.It felt so much like home.They greeted me each day with ," Have breakfast " "Have you had breakfast ? " Service with a smile , they really cared.
