Pros:

it was ok, not so much of choice to switch hotels its why had to extend…. it is very loud , noisy in room, always music, room very close to dynamics, my mother elderly women and had headaches, but on reception they told her its police to have music all day, pretty much no quiet time, problems with bathtub , refrigerator. On complain, got answer from reception girl " you got what was bought for you" I didn't know what buying standard room in 4 stars hotel means you got room with problems of pluming , heat, refrigerator...Management sent electrician, plumber to fixit, but...shouldn't it done before check-in ????? didn't know that to get 4 star hotel comfort you need to buy luxury room.
But, restaurant service was very pleasant, nice and people very helpful, cleaning people very nice, kind and helpful too.

Very comfortble room, pleasent service,
After i asked to stay in my room for 2 more nights they charged me for more expensive price, even after i checked the price in their own site and it was the same that i paied

Все хорошо, единственное замечание это приемка номера при выезде. Везде как то это делают без участия клиента. здесь же приходится ждать когда примут номер.

What every stay at a hotel should be like.
Pros:

We loved our stay at the Slavyanka Hotel. It deserves every star it gets. We felt attended to and safe during our stay. The rooms were clean with modern amenities. The restaurant is excellent! You must try it. We frequently went late at night and they were always willing to create great food. The staff truly will spare no effort in serving you during your stay.
