Au 4ème étage sans ascenseur, la réceptionniste antipathique, j’avais un vol de nuit je devais arrivais vers 6h du matin et Check out a 12h normal malheureusement mon vol avait du retard je suis arrivé à 9h20 après un long voyage ils m’ont refusé le petit dej compris car c’était 9h max.Et j’ai même pas pu dormir une minute après un long vol car du 4ème on entendait d’énormes travaux juste à côté.A la fin la réceptionniste a vérifié la chambre et m’a montré une photo d’une légère tache sur la serviette, normal j’ai pris une douche il faut les laver ensuite c’est quoi ça, on m’a jamais fais ça .

O café da manhã é extremamente regrado, as porções são minúsculas, das poucas opções que eles tem se você chegar tarde vai ter menos ainda porque eles não fazem reposição. Não há lugar suficiente nas mesas, muitas vezes tem que esperar uma mesa livre. Cobra-se uma taxa de 6% no pagamento se for feito no cartão de crédito, essa informação não consta no app. Muito barulho dos outros quartos, som alto e conversa alta, parecia uma festa. Ligamos na recepção e resolveram.
