La cordialità e la professionalità dei ragazzi meravigliosi alla reception. La camera era immensa, comoda, pulita. Il verde tutto intorno curatissimo. Viaggiavo con la mia cucciolotta di taglia medio-grande è stata accolta benissimo

Pros:

Posizione perfetta, fronte mare, spiaggia molto bella, sabbia fine e presenza di tutti i servizi tra l'altro inclusi nella tariffa, mi riferisco ad ombrellone e lettini, inclusi teli mare, e ultimo non ultimo doccia in spiaggia ad uso dei clienti. Perfetto.

Cons:

Un pò povera l'offerta dell'animazione.

Za nemalé peníze velké zklamání
Pros:

Těžké něco pozitivního hledat. Kdo by očekával od 4* "resortu" luxus, ať rychle tuto myšlenku opustí a toto ubytování nevolí. Za pozitivní je možné považovat velikost pokoje - měli jsme pro 3-4 osoby. Resort je malý, s celkem pěknou zelení o kterou je dobře pečováno. Jídlo bylo chutné, ale s velmi chudým výběrem, v popisu viz níže. Moře teplé, pláž písečná, při vstupu do moře oblázky, vhodné mít obuv do vody.

Cons:

Po příjezdu jsme nebyli nijak vřele přivítáni, ale jako první krok nám byly předloženy doklady k proplacení - dodatečné poplatky. Očekávali jsme bližší informace o resortu, ale ty nepřišly. Jen zaznělo: "tady si vyfoťte časy jídel". Co se týká komunikace personálu, je uváděna italština, němčina a angličtina. Pokud se mezi personál počítají číšníci, uklízečky, animátoři, pak se s nimi jinak než italsky nedomluvíte. V rámci poplatků je klubová karta 80 euro/osoba. Ta opravňuje k využívání stolního tenisu, minigolfu a dalších aktivit. Jenže vybavení pro tyto aktivity je v katastrofálním stavu. Pálky jsou otrhané, dráhy pro minigolf jsou plné holubího trusu, jehličí a vody. K dispozici jsou pro celý resort 2 míčky. A stravování - snídaně - každý den stejný 1 druh salámu, sýra a šunky, 2 druhy chleba (pro nás nepoživatelný), 1 druh toust. chleba o síle cca 0,4 cm, studená opečená slanina, sladká vajíčková hmota (míchaná vejce), 2 druhy nejobyčejnějších cereálií, 3 druhy baleného džemu. Na 4* prostě chudé a nedostatečné. Obědy a večeře - různé druhy těstovin na různé způsoby, jako předkrm cca 3druhy salátů, zelenina, hlavní jídlo na výběr ze 2 jídel - ryba či jiné mořské plody a gril maso s přílohou. Zákusek k obědu 2 druhy ovoce a k večeři sladký zákusek. Zmrzlinu jsme měli za celý pobyt 2x (10 obědů a 10 večeří). Pláž - dostali jsme přidělné místo v poslední řadě (to by nevadilo), horší bylo, že odpoledne po 16 hodině již stín našeho slunečníku zasahoval na kameny a rostliny ohraničující pláž. Tím pádem jsme byli odkázáni na plné slunce - nic příjemného a ani zdravého. Výměna místa umožněna nebyla. Na pokoj je 1 lehátko, 1 křeslo a 1 slunečník. My jsme byli 3 dospělí, takže 3 osoba již nemá místo. Slunečníky jsou hodně nahuštěné.

Piacevole vacanza
Pros:

Posizione incantevole e grande disponibilità di tutto il personale. Animazione non invadente. Meraviglioso e rigoglioso parco in cui è immersa la struttura.

Cons:

Il buffet è un po' ripetitivo e potrebbe essere integrato con un po' più di frutta fresca.

We really loved the many flowers and plants in the fantastic garden
Pros:

The location is beautiful
The rooms are comfortable and everything works perfectly
There are 4 rooms on two floors per villa which is great
The garden is absolutely stunning
The beach is great

Cons:

Not much to see in the area ( not like in Puglia)
Apart from 2 nice cities: Tropea and Pizzo
Breakfast offers a good choice of food but nothing of real quality (no nice fruits cheese or ham)
Meals are repetitive and not very tasty (nor are they well presented) but there is a large enough choice of antipasti

Schön gelegenes, kleines Ressort
Pros:

Das Hotel / Resort liegt direkt an der Uferstraße von Zambrone Marina. Die Anlage teilt sich auf in ein Haupthaus mit Rezeption und einigen Zimmern, kleineren Häuschen in einer wunderschönen Parkanlage, einem Speisehaus und dem Badebereich (Pool / Meer) mit Poolbar.
Der Empfang wie auch das gesamte Personal sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage ist sehr gut gepflegt und alleine wegen des Baumbestandes sehenswert. Für das Badevergnügen sorgt ein kristallklares Meer an einem gepflegten Sandstrand und ein kleiner aber absolut ausreichender Pool.
Zur Küche ist nicht viel zu sagen, da wir lediglich zwei Nächte im Haus verbracht haben. Das Frühstück war etwas schlicht und langweilig; das Abendbuffet war ansprechend, reichhaltig und frisch zubereitet.
Das Hotel empfiehlt sich für einen ruhigeren Erholungsurlaub in fast familiärer Atmosphäre.

Hotelli oli erittäin hyvä ja viikko meni todella nopeasti. Ainoa hieman huono puoli kohteessa on sen hankala saavutettavuus.
