Sehr gutes Essen. Absolut freundliches Personal. Sauberkeit und Service einfach großartig. Silvesterfeier top organisiert. Das Essen war super, die Musik für jeden etwas dabei und das Feuerwerk top. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super Lage mitten im Grünen und trotzdem nur 10min von der Bahnstation entfernt
Pros:

Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück, es gab frisches Gebäck und guten Kaffee! Abends kann man im Hoteleigenen Restaurant sehr gut essen.
Hotel liegt sehr gut, auch wenn man öffentlich anreist, Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Hotel. Zu Fuß braucht man etwa 10min bis zum Hotel vom Bahnhof
Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht :)

Ein schöner Urlaub mit großer Gastfreundlichkeit!
Pros:

Tolle Gastfreundlichkeit! Wir hatten Halbpension, und das Essen war abwechslungsreich sowie sehr lecker. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die schöne Silvesterparty mit dem großzügigen Feuerwerk. Der warme Pool und die Sauna runden den Tag nach dem Skifahren perfekt ab. Die Entfernung zum nächsten größeren Skigebiet beträgt mit dem Auto etwa 20 Minuten, was vollkommen in Ordnung ist. Wir werden bestimmt auch im Sommer noch einmal wiederkommen. 🌞⛷️

Cons:

Es gab wirklich nicht zu meckern :)

Top mit kleinen Fehlern
Pros:

Inhaber und Personal extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Angebote mit Sauna und Hallenbad gut. Auch Themenabende wie Grillabend mit Musik waren nicht aufdringlich sondern willkommene Abwechslung. Besonders die gute Küche kann ich empfehlen. Die unmittelbare Nähe zu Rattenberg und Brixlegg die Entweder mit einem kurzen Fußmarsch oder mit dem Bus lässt sich hervorheben.

Cons:

Warum nicht eine noch bessere Bewertung…das Bett im Einzelzimmer ist für einen Erwachsenen viel zu klein und bis man eine geeignete Schlafposition gefunden hat ist die Nacht auch schon wieder vorbei. Da gehört nachgebessert, ich habe dies auch mit dem Besitzer besprochen und bei einem eventuellen erneuten Besuch sollte dieses Problem gelöst werden, dann wird die Bewertung natürlich auch korrigiert.

Pros:

The food was always delicious with special attention to details. Andreas and Biba are great hoteliers, pleasant and make you feel comfortable. Hotel has plenty of parking, great wifi and the complimentary Alpbachtal card was nice to have access to mountain lifts

Cons:

The strange location or separation of toilet and sink to wash hands. Since it was low season, I asked at check in for a nice view but I was assigned to a lower floor, must have been nicer view at the higher floor.
