Pros:

Alles! Das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gross. Das Essen hervorragend.

Отличный отель в тирольском стиле
Pros:

Отличное расположение в самом центре. Припарковались возле отеля бесплатно, но там не всегда есть места, есть платная стоянка в гараже отеля за 20 евро в день. Отель в тирольском стиле, с деревянным колоритным интерьером. Нас очень приветливо встретили при заселении, усадили за столик, угостили бокалом просеко. Номер очень хороший, комфортный, удобная кровать, просторная ванная, балкончик, где можно вечером посидеть с бокальчиком...
На первом этаже возле бара есть очень приятный ресторан с хорошим обслуживанием, меню небольшое, но приготовлены все блюда отлично.
Завтрак вполне хорош, отлично приготовили омлет, только кофе не заказывайте.

Cons:

Кофе. Его пить нельзя. В Австрии вообще с хорошим кофе большие проблемы. Рекомендую отправить барристу на учёбу по варке кофе в соседнюю Италию - там в любой придорожной кофейне, даже на заправочной станции, кофе отменный!

Beautiful comfortable Central Hotel
Pros:

Absolutly beautiful stay at this hotel. Lovely, friendly staff on arrival and throughout.. Beautiful room with 2 balconies and a great big comfy bed. Great, Central location. Lovely spa and great breakfast. I'd highly reccomended this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.

كان جداً حلوووه التجربه وبكرر الاقامه في نفس المكان مره ثانيه في البرد

الفندق وايد حلو بس مافيه شطاف في الحمام ولا فيه مكيف وسعره جداً حلو بنسبه للمكان اختارو وقت فيه الجو بارد لانه بدون مكيف والحمام بدون شطاف خذو شطاف معاكم ولا اشترو من البقاله العربيه بس اغلى هناك وكل شي كان حلو وتعاملهم جداً راقي

Hotellin tähtiluokitus ei mielestäni vastaa paikan laadukkuutta ja palvelun ensiluokkaosuutta. Paikka itsessään 5/5 ja palvelu 6/5. Zell am Seessä valitsisin tämän paikan kerta kerrasta. Kylpyläpalvelut olivat myös kiireetöntä käyntiä palvelevat. Käyttäjiä oli vähän eikä allasalueella ollut ruuhkaa. Aamiaisella ensiluokkainen palvelu jatkui. Jotkut vaan osaavat sen, eikä kohtelun laadukkuus vaikuta teennäiselle tai päälle liimatulta.

Cons:

Paikoitustilaa on vähänlaisesti, kun hotelli on täynnä. Onnistuimme silti pysäköinnissä moitteetta.
