Hotel Tirolerhof

Breakfast options were plentiful and good quality, including an egg station for freshly cooked omeletts etc.
SPA facilities were excellent, very spacious with good sized pool and multiple steam room options.
Bed was very comfortable and shower was excellent.

Sadly, we were only there for one night and were out at an event. However, the hotel made an excellent impression. The staff were uniformly excellent and professional. The room was very comfortable. They delivered a fine breakfast and all admin was flawlessly efficient.

We had a lovely time at the Tirolerhof as always.
We experienced the usual warm welcome and had a lovely junior suite. The staff were attentive without being too familiar, and are obviously very well trained to a high standard. It is notable that the whole of the Hotel is presented in immaculate condition throughout, cleanliness and maintenance are obviously carried out to a very high standard, not easily found in many hotels. The swimming pool, sauna and wellness facilities provide a very welcome way to relax.
The restaurant food is of high standard, beautifully presented and the service is first class. We were pleased to note that the restaurant is now happy to provide tap water at meal times. We do find that the Austrian interpretation of menu dishes is not always as we expect, but we happily accept this as we certainly would not expect English food when Overseas. Having said that some cooked mushrooms would be a welcome addition at breakfast time…..

I could not fault our stay in any way, upon arrival our bags were taken to our room, we were given a welcome drink, while our details were taken. From this point on the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and help with any needs we had.
The hotel room was large with with a separate room the children attached, the ensuite was also spacious and immaculately clean.
The food was delicious with plenty of options and they also catered for our children separately if needed when the adult food too sophisticated for them.
The hotel also had a wellness area in the basement with a well equipped gym, swimming pool with various massaging jets, a number of saunas and steam rooms and also two quiet relaxing rooms, all well kept and clean.
I would defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone, old, young and families.

Firstly a big thanks to everyone working at Tirolerhof, the hotel has a feeling of home with 5* service. We've stayed at Tirolerhof a couple of times, the food is always high standard, planned and presented at fine dining levels and using locally sourced ingredients. We used the pool and wellness every day (there's a gym and health treatment facilities as well, we didn't quite make it that far), and with half-board plus skiing each day it's like coming home for afternoon tea service each day before heading to the saunas before dinner. We look forward to returning!

Absolutely love this Hotel. Fabulous location, rooms, staff, cuisine and service.
Have stayed over a dozen times over the years ands I just keep coming back.

We have stayed at Hotel Tirolerhof on many occasions and every stay has been first class from the time of arrival until the departure. The staff and service is exceptional and it is always a great pleasure to return to the hotel.

This was our second visit to the Tirolerhof and my son's third, all was great as usual. The hotel has a good central location, the rooms are super clean and the staff very friendly and welcoming. The food is excellent and we love the apres-ski snacks in the large but cosy bar as well as the swimming pool and sauna facilities.

Excellent place and service from all staff. Good recomondation for hale stay

We had a junior suite with a beautiful view of the mountains and it was kept immaculately clean. All staff were exceptionally friendly, polite and obliging. Dinner was silver service yet relaxed, with 4 courses and my only regret is that I didn’t meet the chef, as their food was absolutely amazing in taste and presentation. Master Chef eat your heart out!
Skiing was fantastic and access to the slopes is easy as there’s a shuttle provided free of charge every 15 minutes. All public transport is free with a guest pass or lift pass and the glacier (40 minutes on the bus) is worth a visit.
Hotel Tirolerhof is central to town with a one minute walk and the lake is nice to circle on bike.
We recommend this hotel wholeheartedly and have zero complaints. Thank you all!

This was the 2nd stay at the Hotel as we love the location, staff and the high quality food and standard of rooms. The spa and swimming pool areas are excellent too. Fantastic hotel.

We tried another room this time, also this one was terrific, always a pleasure to be here.
