Pros:

Me gustó mucho el hotel por ser limpio, acogedor y el personal es muy amable. La cercanía a la Plaza de Armas es perfecta.

Lo recomiendo por ser excelente en cuento a calidad precio.

En realidad todo bien, solo me sorprendio que el personal de counter me dio a entender como que no sabian de mi reserva, no sabian cuanto debian cobrarme y cuando les enseñe la reserva recibida en el cellular de Hoteles.com, me dieron una cantidad en moneda local diferente a la reserva porque utilizaron otro tipo de cambio mayor. Pero en fin, todo bien.

Horrible Experience!!!
Pros:

Very bad experience!!! Once we got there, they wanted to charge us significantly more than what we booked with hotels.com; it took over 30 mins of arguing before they honored the right price. Customer was completely awful! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! To make things worse, no hot water and the room walls are paper thin. You could hear everyone coming in and out of the hotel. Oh... then to save not paying hotels.com a commission fee, they cancelled my booking. Now I'm going to have to fight to get my reward nights.
