I am extremely satisfied with Harmony Suite! The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was very efficient, with no long waits. The staff were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and dedicated! I was particularly impressed by the staff member at the reception desk (apologies, I don’t recall the name) on 27/10/2026, as well as the staff in the breakfast area—they handled issues exceptionally well! Thank you so very much.
Some rooms lack a place to hang clothes, and the bathroom area is in need of an upgrade.
Near to streets that we can just walk to find foods

2 days in a row the pool is closed for cleaning according to the staff

They say early check-in but never happens
And sonar is not working slow lift 🙄
If you order food from out side you have to go to the reception to collect no one sends food up haha

The fact that the hotel took my booking knowing that they were to close the hotel during my stay. I was not even informed the hotel would close until I ask reception what was happening. Disgraceful way to treat a customer. I will never stay in a Harmoni Group hotel again.
Liked · Great location and very good value for money. Room is almost like a serviced studio with a mini fridge, microwave, cooling stove and basic utensils and cutlery. Also the hotel is walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall which is very convenient. Breakfast also very decent considering the price and options on offer. Not too noisy at night as well. Overall definitely recommend to stay.

Another point was my booking allowed for an early check-in but they sadly did not have a room ready, so had to wait about 40 mins till I got my room.

Hotel was closed when arrived... didn't get any notification of closure...booking was still charged...still no response from hotel nor booking.com side... truly disappointed. Have to book another hotel nearby last minute.
- Decoration of rose flowers.
- There’s no attraction there.
- No smoking allowed in the room, have to go down to smoke at first level.
- Surrounding abit creepy.
- Food not really delicious.
- Aircon was down for a night, they provide fans (but limited).
- Water Pressure for Bidet is Too Low.

Location was good
Our stay was disappointing due to the dated rooms, which lacked modern touches. The smell of cigarettes was overpowering, and the pillows and mattress were old and uncomfortable. Additionally, the stained carpet detracted from the overall ambiance. Hopefully, the hotel will consider renovations and updates to improve the guest experience
