Best Holiday Suites

Only downfall was there was only 1 couch, and 1 TV. so for all 6 of us to wind down at the end of our days only it was near impossible to agree on something to watch. There needed to be TV's in the bedrooms.

The apartment was super nice and clean, beautiful, great location, the beach is walking distance and there is a lot of restaurants and markets. The only things I found bad was the king size bed was uncomfortable, it like sinks and you wake up with pain, the other was the person that takes your money at check in was kind of rude and not nice, but it was all good once we got the other lady Ella to help, she was super nice and answer all calls and helped a lot. Over all this place was very nice and I would stay again for my next visit.

Apartment had 2 separate bedrooms and 2 full baths with full washer and dryer for long stays.

Great location, good apartment. Be aware that they do not provide any toiletries (shampoo/soap) and that is not clear from their post. Other than that is a decent place in a great location. Hallways smell a bit funny. But other than that, I would consider renting here again.

Loved the suite with the one exception....the kitchen lacks enough pots, pans etc to utilize it fully. Our main reason for rents was to save money by using the kitchen. The outdoor furniture also needs replacing as the fabric is old and failing.

I thought the rooms were going to be alittle better then they were. Showers were dirty. It was an older apartment! Dirty and crappy couch that should of been clean- had a dirty smell because it was worn in leather. I didn't want to sit on it to watch TV at all and I never used the couch. The actual apartment was so off smelling once I walked in it. No clean smell. more like a very stale smell. But was not pleasing to my nose at all and had to try to fan the place out. The bedding and beds were so wore in, not comfortable and sheets just very old and used. Even the spa was disappointing. The one sauna was broke and the other one was so weird. I've never felt so wet from a wet sauna. like the sauna was putting out too much liquid, I was in a shower instead. The food in the convenient store was expired by months so I was eating old crackers of about 8 months and didn't notice till the end. Everything about this place was just so disappointing overall and I could wait to leave. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone! And I would never pay for a place like this every again!

ESTE APARTAMENTO ES FABULOSO, EXCELENTE UBICACION, LIMPIEZA TOTAL, TRANQUILO Y MUY SEGURO. SUSANA LA SENORA QUE TE ATIENDE ES ESPECIAL Y ALTAMENTE SERVICIAL. VOLVERE CADA VEZ QUE ESTE EN MIAMI.

It looked like a beautiful apartment. However, the communication to get to the apt was terrible. There are no signs of where to head we took 2 different elevators to finally arrive at our apt. We chose an apt hotel because we thought we would get amenities from an apt and also a hotel. There is no soap in the bathroom, the toilet paper was horrible, no soap to wash the dishes, no cleaning supplies to clean after we cook. Everything was cheap making it an uncomfortable stay. Would not recommend it.

Arrivé à l’hôtel pas de réception (donc personnel inexistant!) nous avons dû appeler le contacter laissez par Hotels.com afin d’avoir le numéro de l’apparmement ainsi que le codes d’accès. Arrivée dans l’appartement tout allèrent correct, mais très vite nous rendons compte que la cuisine et les salles de bains sont infestés de cafards!! Bien entendu nous avons fait une réclamation, une personne s’est déplacée sur les lieux afin de constater et cette dernière nous a gentiment dit que sa responsable allais prendre contact avec nous malheureusement rien n’a été fait et bien entendu pas d’excuse!!! vous attendons toujours!!! Bref cet établissement est à fuir absolument à moins que vous aimiez la compagnie des petites bestioles... nous avons été très très déçu!

The property is beautiful , the apartment on the other hand was dirty , the shower in the master and guest bathroom had human hair , through out the apartment was dusty , the cooking utensils was burn and unclean . I was afraid to leave the apartment as the siding back door wouldn't close . and most of all ROACHES !

They said it was no appropriate to check out early

Spacious place 1 block f4om the beach, quiet and nice

These rooms have a summery vibe to them. The front office checked in with us daily to make sure we were okay. They have their own cafe and theater and much more to keep you comfortable while you are not at the parks. I know where I'm staying from now on when we go back to Orlando to vacation!

This unit was completely filthy! Hair in the sheets, sink and trash in the waste basket. I ended up checking into a Marriott property close by.

We really enjoyed this location for the price we paid.
