Pros:

las instalaciones estaban bien

Cons:

El personal en general es poco atento y la chica que estaba en el mini club no se ofreció en las posibilidades que teníamos para pasar el rato allí con nuestra hija,ni si quiera pregunto ni ofreció nada

Bright airy hotel
Pros:

Hotel was lovely, rooms nice size, very clean and pool area at time of our stay quiet and well maintained
Breakfast was good also

Cons:

My patio door didn't lock, it was actually broken and it took 2 days for maintenance to fix, I was staying solo. It was an upper floor room but I expect all doors to lock. They fixed it and then my main door wouldn't lock. They fixed that after being asked several times. Felt as if I was putting some staff out. Paper cups for drinks by the pool, understand the no glass rule but surely hard plastic glasses would have been better. Would I stay here again, yes, it was bright, clean and airy and my issues were maintenance, it was how they were dealt with was more the issue

Nos encantó el hotel, su limpieza, la comida y el personal!!!
El detalle de dejar agua en las habitaciones, la piscina,y el gym se agradece mucho y es un detalle que hace que destaque entre otros…
Su ubicación es muy buena y también nos encantó la actividad de las estrellas fue muy bonito de ver y las personas que hacían la actividad eran muy agradables.

Cons:

Creo que la cama no era muy cómoda y las almohadas muy altas, pero lo demás todo genial.

Vacaciones cortas
Pros:

El hotel era muy bonito y las instalaciones estaban muy bien. El desayuno excelente, los restaurantes del hotel para comer o cenar por tu cuenta regular.

Cons:

La habitación era un poco pequeña para los 4, porque los niños son adolescentes y se quedaba pequeña. Creo que resultó caro por la habitación que nos dieron.

Espai per infants i families excel.lent aprop del mar
Pros:

Aquest hotel es un bon recurs per famílies. Hi ha dues piscines ( una per infants ) , el menjador de l'esmorzar es gran i permet esmorzar a fora o dins , l'esmorzar es molt correcte per a diferents dietes i situacions . M'ha agradt molt la berta i la seva companya de l'espai infantil . la seva actitud i professionalitat . En general els professionals . Molt correctes .
