Very humid and cold room. No wifi what so ever. Very simple breakfast. Noisy street

Es un hotel muy práctico y sencillo. Para quedarte una noche, no necesitas nada más. Es limpio, la cama cómoda y está ubicado en una de las calles principales. Nada elegante ni lujoso, pero justo lo necesario para llegar un día antes si tu plan es subir a Machu Picchu temprano al día siguiente.

Our stay was pleasant. The staff was kind. the breakfast was minimal, the beds were very hard, but fine for two nights. There are restaurants all around, so that is nice. We were overlooking the street, so it was a little louder than we would have liked, but I am sure most hotels in the area have the same issue. There are no taxis from the train station, so you'll have to walk uphill from the station with all of your bags, just FYI.

We were close to everything. From the city center you could walk to many fine restaurants and stores. It was a bit more noisy at night but worth the location in my opinion.

Bien ubicado , sobre la calle principal nosotros solo lo utilizamos para dormir y desayunar , no es un hotel de lujo pero si es cómodo para los viajeros , aparte el personal muy amable y servicial

La habitación está en las mejores condiciones, la cama es deliciosa, está cerca de todo y el personal con una calidad increíble.

Serious need of a refresh. Curtains were stained, mirror in bathroom was marked, better off not having couches that are so old and dirty. Two lights in the room were out. Undergoing renovations in eating area and elevator.

Para llegar el camino es muy empinado y se hace aun mas complicado si llevas mucho equipaje.

Adecuado como base para la visita a Machu Picchu. Cómodo.

Hotel agradável, com uma cama EXCELENTE (sério, é muito boa). Uma boa ducha e um bom sinal de wi-fi.
Café da manhã fraco para o que os brasileiros estão acostumados (mas isso é natural no Peru). Rua muito barulhenta, o que atrapalha um pouco o sono, mas nada muito impactante.

This hotel felt quite homey with its design. Restaurant and hotel lobby were kind of conjoined, I kind of like the layout. Room was comfortable, as was the bathroom. It was spacious which was nice. Breakfast was okay.

The hotel and staff were great

Really great place considering it was on restaurant row. We were on the second floor and it was a little noise at night until about midnight even with the windows closed. With the windows open it would have been bad. The bed was a little smaller than a king. Very comfortable. Staff was incredibly accommodating. Internet was intermittent. Worked pretty good in lobby and hall ways.

The location is surrounding by stores and restaurants. The hotel had a restaurant on the first floor and there were people partying/screaming until 3am. The window was broken so that didn't help. We had to get up 4am to catch the bus to Machu Picchu. We just wanted to have a good night sleep for the highlight of our trip to Peru.

I only stayed there for one night. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was was clean and comfortable. The best thing about the hotel was definitely the location. It is a block away from the Plaza de Armas and within walking distance of store and restaurants.
