The Penthouse Suites Hotel

The hotel in its day was probably quite glorious, however those days were many years ago. So disappointed to find no water in the pool.

However the room Was spacious and good for a family travelling. Breakfast was also good. It’s a dry hotel so no alcohol was available for western travellers.

Location wasn’t too bad. Many restaurants within a ten minute walk

We stayed in a junior suite as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), and overall we had a really pleasant experience. The suite was spacious, with a separate kitchen and sitting area and 2 bedrooms. which made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. The beds were very comfortable with good quality mattresses – we all slept really well.

The room was clean, although a few things were broken, like a cracked stove top in the kitchen. It's also worth noting that there were no dishes, cutlery, or cups provided, so keep that in mind if you plan to use the kitchen. At night, there was a loud buzzing noise from the air conditioning units outside on the roof, which might bother light sleepers.

Breakfast was varied and tasty, with a nice mix of (warm) Tunisian dishes, salads, yogurt, eggs, and croissants. But what really stood out was the friendliness of the staff – everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

We would definitely come back!

A delightful and convenient stay which is perfect for a business trip that is focused around the area of the hotel...the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming especially at breakfast buffet...only concern was the level of cleanliness of the rooms which can be lifted up much more and the quality of the facilities and the rooms which are in need of a serious upgrade and renovation.

We recently rented a conference room and additional rooms for our staff at Penthouse Ariana, expecting a smooth and professional experience. Unfortunately, we were surprised and disappointed to find out that we were not allowed access to the hotel's parking facilities. This was especially frustrating given the extreme heat in Tunis, as we needed a secure and shaded area for our vehicles. When we raised the issue, the only response we received was that we should park our cars outside the hotel, without any assurance of security. To make matters worse, no responsible hotel management was available to address our concerns, and we were left dealing solely with the security staff, who had no authority to resolve the issue. This lack of basic amenities and customer service is unacceptable, and we are genuinely upset by this experience.

Attention, le parking est sur la rue. Pas de parking attitré à l'hôtel.

Lors de mon séjour dans cet hôtel avec ma famille nous avons adoré l’accueil le personnel est super professionnel , L’hôtel est propre et spacieuse.
