Comfortable and welcoming
Pros:

This was a beautiful traditional hotel that was perfectly located! The staff were super friendly and we felt right at home the minute we walked in. The hotel bed was extremely comfortable! It was one of the best nights sleep of our trip. Thank you to the staff- we will be back!

Mükemmel bir tesis. ❤️
Pros:

Tesis çok temiz, yeri konumu çok iyi. Norrmalm ve Sodermalm’a 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde, old town içinde. Ana yol üstünde olup, sıkça otobüs geçmektedir. Tesisteki kahvaltı çok çeşitli olup, her şey çok taze ve lezzetliydi. Lobide her an içebileceğiniz, sıcak içecekler, meyve ve kurabiyeler mevcut. Personel çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Benim için tek eksik kaldığım odada ( 2 katlı odaydı) üst katta ayna bulunmamasıydı☺️ Odalar fazlasıyla sıcaktı. Yataklar tertemiz ve çok rahattı. Sessiz ve keyifli bir uyku için mükemmeldi.
Bu oteli tercih ettiğim için, çok şanslıyım.
Tekrar Stockholm ‘a gelsem, yine bu oteli tercih ederim. Tüm çalışanlara emekleri için çok teşekkür ederim 🙏

Lyxig och mysig känsla!
Pros:

Väldigt trevligt bemötande. Fick tidig tillgång till rummet och det var mycket vackert och bekvämt rum. Fantastiskt läge och utsikt. Frukosten var mycket lyxig och god. Kommer boka igen inför nästa besök i huvudstaden!

Hyvä sijainti, huone oli tilava ja siisti.

Cons:

Yleisilme oli pettymys. Ulko-oven vieressä oli huonokuntoiset viheristutukset, kynttilälyhdyt ilman kynttilöitä, aamiaistilan ilmastointiputket oli peitetty repsottavilla kankailla. Tallelokero ja pieni jääkaappi puuttuivat huoneesta, Pienellä panostamisella hotelli olisi sijaintinsa veroinen myös tyylillisesti.

Osa henkilökunnasta oli todella mukavaa, mutta osa välinpitämätöntä. Esim. aamupalalla oli puutteita. On ymmärrettävää että ruuhkaiseen aikaan niin voi olla, mutta kohteliaaseen pyyntöön saada täydennystä voisi vastata ystävällisesti.
