Appart hôtel à Miami beach
Pros:

Appart'hôtel idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Notre logement pouvait accueillir jusqu'à six personnes et comprenait deux chambres : l'une avec deux grands lits doubles et l'autre avec un grand lit, ainsi qu'une salle de bain avec toilettes, un coin salon et une cuisine équipée.

L'établissement est bien situé, avec la possibilité de rejoindre la plage à pied. Des serviettes de plage sont fournies et une machine à glaçons est à disposition. Il est également possible d'utiliser les machines à laver et sèche-linge de la résidence (comptez environ 3 $ par dose de lessive).

Les transports en commun sont facilement accessibles à quelques minutes de l'hôtel, ce qui permet de se déplacer sans difficulté.

Je recommande cet appart'hôtel pour un séjour à Miami Beach. Les appart'hôtels y étant relativement peu nombreux, c'est une très bonne adresse offrant un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Value for the Money
Pros:

It was a a perfect location and hotel has a very lovely entrance. Staff was very nice
Room is really very large and comfortable
It is a real value for the money as the price is good comparing the other hotels around

Cons:

Hotel is situated very close to Collins Avenue and Boulevard, lots of options for eating out also close by. The room was very clean, plenty space and the AC worked well!

This property wasn’t anything like described. The beds are very uncomfortable. The walls are dirty. The towels had stains. The window was busted. I really didn’t enjoy my stay.

Lo cerca q está de la playa .
Me gustó mucho la atención excepto por parte de una chica pelirroja q había el último día el día de mi check out bastante seca sin miramos a la cara y muy exigente para q la avisáramos cuando dejáramos la habitación para avisar a la señora de la limpieza y solo habían pasado 3 minutos .
Quiero añadir una grandísima reseña positiva a Liuvel por su máxima atención y sencillez con nosotros.

Cons:

Que no tuviera desayuno a pesar de q tenga café, q no haya piscina q pena , y q no se pueda abrir la ventana.

Disappointing for the price
Pros:

We were able to get into our room early and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel was somewhat rundown, a lot of visible wear and tear. There was a lot of noise from both the road and other guests. There were bright lights on the building that unfortunately were shining into the bedroom window all night. The room was a suite with two separate rooms. The bedroom with the King bed did not have a TV. The door separating the two rooms was frosted glass so one bedroom has to put up with light coming through from the other room. The website stated that the beach was “steps away”. It was almost a half mile walk. There was a coffee maker in the room and no coffee. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The hotel didn’t have a pool

Únicamente la ubicación, pero habría preferido estar mas lejos

Cons:

Sin comodidades, sucio, cama muy pequeña y aire acondicionado insuficiente. Para comer solo había comida china que se calentaba en micro hondas.
