Hotel Kallma

Hotel agradable, bonito y limpio, sólo fue una noche pero si volviera a viajar a Ica definitivamente me hopedaría de nuevo en este sitio.

Calidad/precio sin dudas. Sin embargo no es un hotel ubicado en una zona vistosa. Pueden mejorar el desayuno y el personal muy atento.

Casi no estuve mucho en el hotel puesto que el personal te agenda los servicos turisticos con efectividad, x lo general me lleve buena impresion x la asesoría que me brindaron salvo por los servicios de desayuno que decía en la promoción el cual no recibí.

This hotel was fantastic. It was clean and the women who run it were incredibly nice. The breakfast was delicious and healthy with fresh fruit! I highly recommend staying here! The cab ride to Huacachina was only 5 Soles. It's nice and close.

Terrible. Las condiciones que me ofrecieron no las cumplieron e incluso querian cobrarme de más. Muy mala experiencia sobre todo porque ustedes conejox o intermediarios ofrecen servicios que no brinda el hotel y la publicidad resulta ser engañosa.

Esta ubicado en una zona tranquila y descanse muy bien, esta un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad. El servicio es muy bueno, viaje con mi pequeña menor a un año y mi esposa, nos habilitaron todo para pasarla bien.

Super good wifi

I was treated like royalty. Given every courtesy imaginable. Great Deals on tours in Paracas, Las islas Ballestas, etc. Cant gloat enough on how they treated me like a rock star; ironed my clothes without asking for money, changed my room when I was too close to stairwell; Simply put their customer service was impeccable and you cannot put a price on that especially in peru.

We entered really late night, because we were driving from Cusco to this place, they gave us rooms in a new building, the rooms wasn't finished and the mattress still had the plastic bags (awful) then early in the morning we start feeling this awful smell from the sewer outside the building, also when the people around wake up we can hear absolutely everything. This was the worst place we stayed during our vacations in Peru.

Todo tranquilo, nos fue bien, el cuarto estuvo con todas las muebles necesarios pero no el cuarto no es muy espacioso para desplazarse, y el baño y ducha muy angosto.

No reconocieron mi reserva, y tuve que buscar hotel ese mismo rato en el día más ocupado del año.

El hotel cuenta con dos locales,la habitación era de estreno, muy cómoda y espaciosa. Hubieron algunos detalles que se corrigieron rapido, pese a que era un fin de semana con bastantes turistas. La atención de personal muy buena y dispuestos a escuchar las molestias y dudas. Fui por semana santa y disfrute la eestadia, pese a que era nuevo y faltaban terminar algunos detalles la habitación es cómoda y facil de ubicar en la ciudad.

Located in a remote area near the panamerican highway, this hotel could be suitable for people who drive all day and get some sleep overnight. It is very noisy during the day, there is no hot water in the shower and the wifi signal is very week.
