Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Cons:

Room was quite basic and thankfully I sleep in earplugs as the door wasn’t particularly soundproof and this particular room looked out the back to an alleyway where large trash bins were being rolled over cobbles at 7am.
Also, no aircon so if it’s hot, opening the window is going to be a noisy night.

It is very close to the Kongens Nytorv metro station.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
I stayed in a room facing the courtyard; it was perfectly suitable for two people.
The rooms are clean. Housekeeping is provided daily.

Cons:

There is no mini-fridge or slippers, but that wasn't an issue for me.

Comfortable hotel in the center looking at the colorful houses of nyhavn.
Pros:

It is in the middle of downtown, our room directly looked at the nyhavn channel and colorful houses. Both the bathroom and the bedroom part was modern and comfortable.

Pros:

La mejor cama que he dormido en un Hotel, una almohada súper cómoda, puedes estar apoyada la espalda viendo la tele y otra más pequeña, limpia, colchón, genial.

Las vistas al canal más turístico excelentes la ubicación al lado del metro.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location.
Pros:

Lovely old building, a very nice and large double bedroom and bathroom and in the best location possible. Lovely staff.

Cons:

There was free tea and coffee supplied in the communal reception area but not in the bedrooms and the water was not hot enough for English breakfast tea with milk.

I had a really good stay at Bethel, friendly and helpfull staff, no noise at all from inside the hotel.

A well-run, clean hotel with great staff, good breakfasts and excellent location
Pros:

The receptionist was very welcoming, friendly, kind and helpful. We liked that the hotel was once a place for seamen to rest, and the history displays on the wall were interesting. We liked the breakfast, it was generous and well stocked by the staff members. We liked the efficient plumbing, the shampoo etc. We thought the location was the best in the city! The hotel was so clean - exceptional.
